Despite system support communications and emails this entity has not communicated why they are holding onto a substantial payment which is due to me...Perhaps they may read this so I will say that my Lawyers will be in touch.

They are the worst at payout. Had to practically beg to get paid, finally I had enough, I still had some money left, they said once my subs was up, they would pay me the rest, once that happened, I had $96 in my account, they wouldn't pay me, or even acknowledge me. They suck. They will be ok at first then it gets worse. Don't do it.

I can't even put my card billing information in because they said that there's an error in the payment processing system, I emailed them a while ago and they haven't responded, very disappointed. I tried to make another account but won't let me because of an api issue.

Not even one star they take your money and when you go to delete your account they make sure you can’t get back in

I would give a zero if I could I joined the site when it started was good at the beginning payouts always quick . But the woman who owns this site who is a model herself should know that payments and communication between models and the platform owners are key I have had pictures stolen twice by men I’m furious been waiting for payment owed since asking for my page to be taken down and any moneys owed still hasn’t if you want to work for free this is the site . Shocking and disgusting behaviour.

Support is slow to respond (if they choose to respond at all). Payouts are very slow and you often have to message support several times to get anywhere. The site is clunky at best and the updates and new features they kept promising early on never happened. The site isn't very secure and has been hacked multiple times.

I initially thought it was cool that a fellow model started the site but now I'm grossed out by her making money off of other models while providing the bare minimum in terms of platform, security, and support. Pro-tip: threaten to report them for fraud and your payout will happen a lot faster.

I’ve been trying to get ahold with customer service for almost two years now and I get no response. It says an amount cleared from my account but I never saw it in my bank account. Went to try to clear out another account and it said it was already pending a withdrawal. I have messaged and emailed multiple times, at this time I just want this account closed. Does anyone have any recommendations on what I should do moving forward?

I requested a cash out on 9/22/2024.
I have NOT received my money. It was ONLY $111.

I waited for a week before emailing support.

I contacted my bank to ask if there was any pending deposits to my account. They got back to me within a day or so and let me know I do not have ANY pending deposits. SO WHERE IS MY MONEY FRISK????

Two of the owners of this company (Sascha Elizabeth and Eleanor Ruth tait) stepped down.

Micheal Lee Robert’s, may 1983 , from England has been in charge of buzz creative limited sense April 12, 2022 which seems to be around the time everyone stopped getting payouts regularly.
There was a compulsory strike off on the company that has been discontinued as of march 2024.

I do not plan to stop taking steps.

haven’t heard from support in over a year. stopped responding. have thousands of dollars in account and they won’t let me withdraw. every time i do it just clears and then goes back in the next few days. and they keep charging my subscribers like hundreds of times a day as if spammed.

anyone taking legal action yet?

Absolutely awful. They started off with an amazing idea and it could have been wonderful... but their customer service is APPALING. No one gets back to you, no one is there to help. utter rubbish

Scamming models and their money without paying them

I just want my damn money. You owe me thousands of dollars. I will have to contact my attorney if you do not pay me what is MINE that I’ve PAID TAXES on already!!!

They don't respond to support emails, They disabled the frisk academy as soon as people start complaining that they didn't get paid out for months. I made a withdrawal, I hope there will be no issues. The worst part is they promised all kinds of things like live streams but so far nothing.

My money is gone, they refuse to respond to my emails or respond to the support chat, It 'disappeared' from my funds without an explanation that's all you need to know about them.

Thieving and Dishonest.

Frisk no longer functions in anyway like it should. My account is constantly having funds removed with no explanation why.
I have a withdrawal amount, I withdraw and a few days later it disappears and funds have been removed from the 'system'. No idea what is going on but it's a complete waste of time.

You can withdraw your funds instantly and the support is great.

So many other benefits on the platform too, like the discovery page where your profile is promoted on site at no cost.

Time to say goodbye Frisk, you are finished in this space.

THEIR NOT PAYING OUT MONIES EARNED! Check their Instagram and Twitter accounts under comments. Also other reviews on various sites as saying the same thing. File as many complaints as you also do more reviews. Spread the word to save others from a regretful experience with FRISKVIP.

I have been requesting a payout for over four months and still have not received it

Frisk is the worst sex worker platform in regards to their payment system. I made my money, requested a withdrawal and since April I have not received penny. What's sick is that on their Frisk Academy page there's loads of models complaning about the same issue on old posts in the comment section in hope to get Admin attention. Pay your models bro.

My phone was immaculate! But said chassis was damaged ! It wasn’t but I still excepted the offer as it was only £15 less. But my 2nd phone I sent they decducted £100 off ! Said it was damaged on corner of phone ! It wasn’t!! So make sure you take photos of the phone you send for proof. DPD was good and payment was fast so that was a good thing. I now wish I had argued on my second phone.

I was a model for frisk. I have had two models account over several years. I recently asked to have my model account closed, cause I decided I wanted to spend my time on other things. With no confirmation to my request, my account was deleted and my money was gone. I have sent them 4 emails since then (its a month ago) and I am getting no response what so ever. I dont think I will ever see the money I had in my account. The last time I deleted a model account, there was no issues with my payout. I am extremely frustrated and disappointed in frisk and I will no longer be recommending them as a platform.

Edit: i made a new account just to contact them, this was deleted a hour later with no warning.
