Awful experience. They did not manage to add to my order a muster although I wrote on the day after my order. Very slow customer service who is not willing to understand your point of view but only repeating the same answer. I had to wait 13 days for my order to be delivered. Even registering for the newsletter does not work properly. At the end of the story I received a voucher for...€ 2.50...after several times asking for a voucher for the inconvenience caused. No words to describe. I hope a manager of them will read this and take an action even if late.

I ordered at Swiss site for Swiss delivery address with the domain ".ch" at the end and paid in Swiss francs. I didn't expect to wait for 11 days for delivery from Belgium with custom etc. It came really too late, later than promised.

But the order came as described, all good.

I ordered a wax which overheats easily and Leaks making lots of mess. I asked for rhe refun as I proved the product is of poor quality but I was refused. There are lots of 1 star reviews so it seems like clients' satisfaction with ordered products is not important to them. I will not be ordering from this shop again.

I ordered some razors, according to their website they would be shipped the same day if ordered before 22:00. After a week they still werent shipped out. Then I reached out by email and asked to cancel my order, then they mentioned that was not possible and now it looks like the order has been sent but it is not sure... A shame, because they advertise with 'order before 22:00, sent the same day', but then do not live up to what they preach

Since 10days my product has not arrived. I cant even see it on the tracking. And they sent an review Email about my product which isnt even here.

Actually I would give ZERO stars.
But isn’t possible. So I ordered 5 business day ago with express delivery the customer service was not able to send me a tracking code (well they send one but is not showing anything neither the entry of the package on the delivery partner) so I’m very disappointed. I ordered here because you promised same day shipping on your page! Don’t believe it guys. It’s not a Swiss page they are delivering from NL.

Fast delivery and I was so happy to find this product in your shop. I love this golden shampoo to warm up my aging natural color without resorting to dyeing it. Infuse My Color in Golden Blonde is hard to find and is perfect for naturally light hair.

The site says if a product is ordered before 22:00 it would ship that day. It definitely did not. I ordered it on the 14 and it didn't arrive until the 19. Also they use dpd to ship...so it's extremely slow. If you need something fast search for another company. That said I am pretty sure that the product they sent is genuine. Though I am not sure how as Living Proof doesn't list any European retailers on their official websites. It would be great to have seen a more official looking connection to the brand as an "authorized" reseller/retailer.
