Es tut uns leid, dass Sie mit Ihrer Bestellung nicht zufrieden waren.

Allerdings möchten wir darauf hinweisen, dass Sie keine Frischware, sondern ein getrocknetes Produkt bestellt haben. Solche Produkte unterscheiden sich selbstverständlich von frischen Lebensmitteln und sind aufgrund ihrer Beschaffenheit nicht als „frisch“ im klassischen Sinne zu bewerten.

Die Ware wurde vor dem Versand sorgfältig geprüft und die Verpackung war nach unseren Kontrollen einwandfrei. Sollte das Paket während des Transports beschädigt worden sein, bedauern wir dies sehr.

Wir entschuldigen uns außerdem für die verzögerte Lieferung. Leider kann es in Einzelfällen bei den Versanddienstleistern zu Verzögerungen kommen, auf die wir keinen direkten Einfluss haben.
