I ordered a product from Frilla
I ordered a product from Frilla in Romania, but it did not meet the standards described on the website at all. I decided to make a return and had to pay for the return shipping out of my own pocket. Since sending the package back, I have received absolutely zero information regarding the process.
The deadline for the refund has long passed, and my money is still missing. To make matters worse, they completely ignore my emails and do not respond to my inquiries. Furthermore, their telephone customer service is useless and extremely rude. This is completely unacceptable business behavior. I demand my money back immediately!
