Company is a total scam!! it doesn't say anywhere on the website that returns have to be sent to China!! the customer service rep keeps asking me to keep the item - try to sell it or give to a family member. What a joke!

They sent me the wrong item. I could return it but the cost of doing so is more than the cost of the item itself.
I believe this was completely intentional and done knowingly. Scam.
