Never been disappointed!
Great friendly team, lovely plants, fantastic packaging. I’ve been a returning customer for a while now and I highly recommend them

I’d like to say first of all that I think the plants are worth 3 stars but the customer service is a 4 star, they are very friendly.
I think some of the plans might be a bit of a hit and miss, I ordered 3 plants, one looked very nice and healthy with only a few very small brown spots, another a little worse with some brown edges but not bad I’d say, my problem was with the 3rd plant that arrived completely overwatered. It has been about 3 days now and the soil is still very wet, the plant looked steady when it arrived but after a day the plant was already bent, the 2nd day the top of the plant was so bent it was hitting the soil, now I think it’s essentially dead. They were kind and issued me half a refund for the plant and gave me some care instructions as it’s probably the plant ‘settling into the surrounding’ as per their words, I however believe it was the overwatering as the plant is one that don’t like to stay wet. I also think they can improve their packaging a bit, I’d think there’d be a better way to contain the soil than to use tape.
Overall they’re really nice plants though, very pretty and cute, I think there’s just a couple of things they could improve upon.

Placed two orders (so far) with Friends or Friends, the first was six items and I was pleasantly surprised, was packaged brilliantly (bit of loose soil from one or two pots which is to be expected but all plants healthy, well-rooted and undamaged). Ordered on the Saturday delivered on the next Wednesday.
My second order was ten items (I was waiting to see how the first one went before I ordered again), ordered Wednesday afternoon and was delivered the same Friday! In both cases I chose Royal Mail Tracked. I had one item missing in this shipment but I emailed them to let them know and Lyndsey in customer service was wonderful, all sorted very satisfactorily within the same day, hence why my review is five stars (these things do happen!). Overall a brilliant experience, lots of wonderful plants that I’m so excited to watch get bigger and bigger, and I’m just waiting now until I can justify another mysterious shipment to the other half…!! Thank you very much!!

Small barely rooted cuttings, which wouldn't have been the end of the world. However, they had been over watered and the compost was not free draining enough to compensate. They arrived with various leaves rotting off at the base and the string of pearls had lost 50% of its arms. I complained and was sent a copy of the care instructions - something that they evidently need to read! I was not offered any kind of compensation. 2 of the plants later died and the other 3 are depleted, but still alive. I would not recommend this store. There are plenty of better out there, my new favourite "House of Kojo" ships plants with masses of roots!

I purchased 6 baby plants, 3 of them were already dying and have almost completely died after having them for a week or so. Cheap but not great quality.

1. Cheaper, which means you can buy more plants.
2. Less packaging and better for our lovely planet.
3. You learn more about the lifecycle of your plant which is super helpful for propagating and sharing your new plant babies with your friends.
4. Baby things are always cuter than their adult counterparts. I mean, we've all seen baby Yoda.

Plus they have great customer service and lovely packaging. All my new little babies arrived looking suuuper fresh and excited to see their new home.

I have now had two great orders from Friends or Friends! I love how you can filter for 'pet safe' plants - it makes it super easy for me to add loads of new plant friends to my house without tediously checking the safety of each one. One plant was extremely potbound and struggled for a couple of weeks but eventually lived happily ever after as I broke up its roots a bit and repotted right away in a bigger pot.
It even unexpectedly threw up a tiny flower at the end of summer! I can't wait for my next order, but I'll need to buy some more pots first!

I've recommended Friends or Friends to my own friends for their indoor plants, as the quality is good and it is cheaper to buy their small plants and grow them on than to buy fully established plants from one of their competitors.

This company do unique rare and cute mini plants, really reasonably priced. Super quick and well wrapped not yet had any deaths after 3 orders...

I ordered 12 baby plants (2 were free). They arrived today and I'm very pleased with my order. All of the plants are great quality with new leaves coming through on almost all of them. They're a very good size for the price too. The packaging was really impressive too. I have already recommended to two people and would definitely order again :)

Super impressed with our first purchase - all plants arrived in excellent condition and look so adorable and beautiful! It’s lovely to be able to afford rare plants by buying them smaller, so we love this company’s ethic and will definitely buy from again! 😁

Don’t bother with this company. I have been sent the wrong plants TWICE. Both times they were premium plants (over £10) Each time the plants sent didn’t even look like the plants I had ordered. I was pleased when the correct replacement plants were issued free of charge. When I requested a form of compensation for this happening TWICE I was given every excuse. Not a free plant, discounted plant, or even a one off discount code. Customers hold ZERO value for them.

I don't understand how this company has so many 5 star reviews. The plants I received were tiny. One of them (string of coins) was 5 UNROOTED cuttings placed in soil. Half of them were outside of the plant pot on arrival. I tried to rescue them but they all died. The whole set were badly packaged. Soil everywhere. Another plant was a young rooted cutting with broken leaves.

They did refund me for the string of coins, but still very disappointed.

I had a few questions about my order and then the plants themselves once they arrived and Lyndsey on customer service was truly amazing! Super helpful and reassuring for a new plant parent such as myself. Would absolutely recommend to anyone!

I adore this online plant shop. I have ordered from them a few times now, extremely reasonable priced plants and they arrived quick and healthy. They are constantly adding new stock which includes rare plants such as the pink princess, you have to be quick to snap these up though (I have unfortunately been unsuccessful so far but have managed to grab a prince of orange!)

I am delighted with my new baby plants. They were very carefully packaged, and all but one didn't look too upset by their travels. The Mimosa Pudica however looked completely miserable and I sent them an email. Their response was very quick, with a bunch of tips to help my little mimosa calm down. Following their advice, my mimosa now looks happy! I'll definitely be back for more!

Their baby plants are so cute and lovely, plus the customer service is the best I’ve ever experienced!! Recommend this company so much!

I’ve ordered from this company twice now. The plants have arrived very quickly and in excellent condition. They are baby plants (for us who want something affordable that we can grow from scratch) but they always have so much new growth coming. They’re also very beautiful. I hope this company does well and that they keep their standards high. If that’s the case I’ll never stop buying plants from them.
