Avoid using this company. I purchased a Fresh Vitality Coffee Maker and its case on 6 March 2026. Payment was taken immediately, and I received an order confirmation email right away. However, despite sending numerous emails—which have all been ignored—I have not received the items. This appears to be a scam.
Wish I’d read these reviews first. Have been waiting for a month for my coffee machine, no contact from seller and no delivery. Save your money and buy elsewhere
Pure scam. Ordered arrived late and the machine was an unbranded fake product that didn't work, asked to return and never got back to me 👎🏻
I was trying to order a coffee maker which seemed so much cheaper than everywhere else on their website.
It was not clear that I had orderred it and I was taken on this page offering the same product cheaper; I clicked to buy and realised that I had orderred 2 now!
A long story but they arrived late and it was an unbranded item- not what was advertised.
I asked for a refund but the only response I had was that 'if you return the items, we will send you the correct brand since we have the item now'.
I contacted them again asking for a refund but they never got back to me.
Ordered the coffee machine on 25 January 2026, and it still hasn't been dispatched 👎 I have the royal mail tracking number for when it reaches the uk but no contact from the company - not good customer service. Giving them until end of day tomorrow then asking for a refund!!
Do not buy from this company. Paid extra for express delivery and the company didn’t dispatch the item for several days. I followed up and they told me it had been dispatched even though the courier confirmed they hadn’t received the item until days later (so the company lied). It took them weeks to tell me how to refund the item, I sent it recorded delivery and could see it had been returned and delivery completed but 2 weeks later they are still refusing to return without proof of delivery, which I have provided…
They provide a poor performing generic machine. Delivery takes week and they wont honour ther advertised returns policy!
