If you want anything vape related then this is the place to come. Fresh vapes have the best customer service I've ever experienced as they really engage with their customers. I've bought vape juice, disposables, cbd and more and everything has been perfect. I've been using them for about 6 months now and wouldn't go to anyone else.

Very helpful company
Ordered a vape V2 pen and a pack of coils , it didn’t specify the exact coil type for the vape so I ended up buying the wrong one. I paid for express delivery and it took almost a week to come , I’m still waiting on my refund for the coils I had to send back which was over a week ago. The vape pen leaks constantly and the battery life is terrible , I have messaged the company several times over the last week and I’ve only just had a reply as they have been extremely busy which I can understand so I’m glad to say they have been extremely helpful they have said I can send back my vape for a full refund and they are looking into the refund for the coils I sent back as they haven’t received them yet. They have also kindly offered to help me find a vape suitable for my needs as I am pretty new to it .

Unfortunately with postal services, once the package leaves our warehouse we put trust in them to get it delivered as soon as possible, but delays can sometimes occur for all sorts of reasons, if we had known that you was experiencing a delay we would have investigated it for you.
We sent you your returns label for the coils on the 12th November and we are still waiting on the coils to be returned, once returned we will of course refund you.
I apologise sincerely about the delay in responding to your last email, that’s mistake on our part. We have been busy this week trying to get things sorted before we shut the warehouse for a few days for maintenance.
We are only a supplier not a manufacturer so although we try to stock the the best quality items available, on rare occasions, faulty items can sometimes make their way to the customer as we can not open every one of them and test them. When this does occur we will endeavour to compensate the customer either with a replacement or refund.
