I purchased a dress from Fresh Soul clothing. The craftsmanship of this dress is very disappointing, particularly for a dress that cost $179.95. Firstly, the lining under the dress doesn’t sit neatly underneath, there seems to be too much material and 3 inches of the lining was exposed at the lower front of the dress. Secondly, two buttons fell off the dress as soon as I tried the dress on. Thirdly, the person sewing the dress made a couple of mistakes on the hem line and you can see sewing holes in the material where they have gone back and unpicked the stitching. Finally, the dress smells terrible, like it has come from a sweat factory overseas, and due to the poor sewing quality of dress I’m not confident to wash it.

Their returns policy is terrible, and they will not refund you for change if mind unless for full priced online purchases, and they give you only 14 days to exchange only in store! Pretty sure ACCC would have an issue with this

Whilst in the store, staff were helpful even if deeply discussing their private lives in between. I did not see the no refund policy, nightmare for me!!!! I never shop in stores where they do not offer a refund policy.

The clothing is exceptionally poor quality, literally falling apart at the seams on delivery. Many of their items are also drenched in cheap perfume. Not worth twenty bucks, let alone $100+. BE AWARE: Their returns policy is both deceptive and illegal. You will only receive store credit. Whatever you purchase with that store credit cannot be returned for any reason. This is illegal and if they have done this to you, report them to ACCC and chargeback on your debit/credit card.
