Exceptional customer service despite the fact that the retailer who sold me a powerbank did this with wrong information. The customer service is on another level and will do anything and everything to give you the best customer experience you can imagine! They also respond lightning fast!

I lost my charging case for my earbuds
I lost my charging case for my Twins Blaze earbuds and I was very sad because I'd need to buy new earbuds.
But then I checked the Fresh n Rebel website and saw that they send you a free replacement. It arrived within one week, amazing customer service!

I used to buy the big famous brands but…
I used to buy the big famous brands but their quality degraded after some time. So I wanted to try out Fresh 'n rebel for the first time.
I was very surprised by the build and sound quality. But things took a wrong turn when I ordered a headphone that broke down within a day. I contacted customer support and within a few days they delivered me a brand new one. No discussions, no issues, just straight up high class customer support. Junior over-ear headphones
Junior over-ear headphones work like a charm for both my kids. Not many over ear headphones for kids to find so really glad I have them.

I had one headphone set before.
Easy to make smaller.

More importantly. The ear phones where flexibel.

Great earbuds but one problem
Great earbuds, but one problem.
I had the twins 3+ and was very pleased with the sound quality. But now that I have used them a lot I thought to buy new earbuds and bought the twins Rise. But when I tried the earbuds, one of them didn’t work. I reached out to costumer service and they did their best to help me with my problem. Eventually we came to the conclusion that they where already broken at delivery. I just had to retour them and got fresh and new earbuds that work perfect. The costumer service was really nice and helpfull. And I appreciate that.

Fast, friendly, and very elegant solution
Unfortunately, our daughter's headphones (Clam) stopped working from one day to the next. We had always been very satisfied with the quality of the headphones!
Contact support by email and receive an immediate response.
Although the warranty had already expired, the extremely friendly staff were able to help us and offer a very good solution.
Excellent service that other providers would do well to emulate.
