We purchased the Fresh ’n Rebel karaoke set (with two microphones) over the weekend. Unfortunately, it didn’t power on, even after a full charge as instructed. It seems the battery might be defective.
This was our first experience with the brand, and while the design and concept are great, the initial impression wasn’t ideal. I’m hopeful that the company will respond quickly and help us with a replacement or solution. I’ll update this review once we hear back from them.

Rebels Clam Ace after one year usage:
** UPDATE ** Support of FnR has given me the solution for my annoying problem - press 3x on the right-ear-button - you get the confirmation "auto-pause disabled" this works! So an extra star!
I’ve been using the **Clam Ace** for about a year now — the sound quality is really good **when it actually works**. What’s incredibly annoying, though, is the **automatic pause feature**. This means that whenever you take off the headphones, the music automatically pauses.
However, it also pauses every time the headphones shift slightly off your ears or when you lean forward while working. In my case, that means it ends up **pausing more often than it plays**. Unfortunately, this feature **cannot be disabled**, which makes the headphones mostly unusable for me. They’re only fine if you sit completely still.
Another issue I had is that the **headband** starts to hurt quite a bit in the middle after wearing it for a longer period. I solved this by **cutting out a small section in the center of the headband**, which helped a lot.
Again, the **sound quality is excellent** for such an affordable pair of headphones, and the **ANC (Active Noise Cancelling)** works well too. But in terms of **practical usability**, it just doesn’t work for me — I wouldn’t buy another pair of headphones with this **auto-pause feature**.

My problem was solved super quickly and a replacement delivery was arranged The delivery was super fast so I could start listening again straight away The support itself is excellent and completely probpemlo The products themselves are also extremely good. I now have small headphones for on the go and large headphones for at home, and I'm extremely satisfied.I must say I first heard about the brand thanks to the Action store And I bought the first ones there because they looked very valuable. Then Then I came up with the idea to google the brand and came across their homepage And I was extremely surprised. Of course, I immediately ordered the Clam Ace. And the Clam Twins, and I'm extremely satisfied! I can recommend it to everyone.

I bought the Fresh ‘n Rebel Twins Elite, and I honestly don’t know how something this bad made it past testing.
The music pauses every time you slightly move your head: the “auto-pause” can’t be disabled apparently, so your playlist becomes a stuttering mess.
And to make things worse, they use a physical click button.
So every time you try to skip a song, you have to jam the earbud straight into your skull. The in-ear fit literally punches your eardrum because the click is stiff as hell — but sure, the auto-pause still triggers if you breathe wrong.
Calls? Completely useless. The mic picks up everything: cars, wind, people talking nearby. The other person hears the whole street while you sound like you’re calling from inside a hurricane. If there’s even a light breeze, it’s game over.
For the price, these are worth absolutely nothing.
They look decent, but functionally they’re a disaster: a product designed to make you hate music, calls, and life itself.
Avoid them like the plague. Never again, Fresh ‘n Rebel.

After 1 month, an earpiece suddenly stopped working. I send the customer support an email and they helped me. The earpiece couldnt be fixed and they send me a brand new one. Even the upgraded version, i had the twins 3+, now i got the twins blaze for free. The customer support was very helpful and kind. Now i get to enjoy my new earpieces. Big thanks to Fresh & Rebel

I LOVE THIS BRAND! I bought the new Fresh ’n Rebel 3AHP500 headphones and, honestly, I expected low quality. THESE ARE AWESOME! The bass hits like a truck while keeping clear mids and highs. ANC works really well too! They’re super comfortable and sound incredible!!
