tracksuit top… won't wear it much

Service was good but the tracksuit top is short on the sleeves and baggy round stomach ! Took 3 hours to fix the drawstring tie at the zip as it was pulled into the top and round the back of the band

Coat was genuine and good quality

Coat was genuine and good quality, unfortunately it was too big for me but that's no fault of freshmans. Delivery took some time, I believe due to a substitution in staff or some such, but was fine in the end, good price, no complaints really

Got my packages but

Got my packages but wasn’t really a mystery box because I think the customs put all cloths in one box which is not that big of deal just unfortunate takes away the surprise and the clothes u can see that they really have been used and are a bit smelly but customer service is a 10 quick responds and they try to help u delivery took a bit longer then expected overal it’s pretty decent for a upcoming vintage store I hope to see some improvements in the future I give my experience a 6,3 out off 10

£20 mystery box

I was waiting for 2 weeks for my delivery but we found out I didn't put my house number on the form so it was sent back to them. very quick to respond to my messages.

It is disappointing to receive this review, we did reach out to you regarding this and are now no longer receiving responses from you, so we want to provide a fair and honest response so that everyone can view the full situation.

The mystery box did not arrive with you as you did not provide your house number at checkout, thus meaning the parcel has been returned to sender.

We raised this with you, and requested your full address so that it can be resent once it has being received back with us. We then kindly asked you to rectify your review, in which you used this as leverage that you will be leaving it online until you have received your parcel. Thus meaning this will cause damage to our reputation during this process, regardless of that this will be rectified as we will ensure you receive your order from us.

We can appreciate the disappointment in not receiving your order yet, it is also mirrored on our side too, as we strive to provide the best possible service.

However, we would appreciate some thoughtfulness in that an honest mistake from your side has caused this delay, so that a negative review for our business is uncalled for.

Unfortunately after spending £100 on a…

Unfortunately, after spending £100 on a mystery box, the package they sent me wasn't great. Poor quality material in clothes along with them all being the same colour. Disappointed with the range selected.

'After numerous emails exchanged between myself and 'freshman vintage' a few weeks ago, they have insisted on leaving a review that seems to patronise what I have said.
This has made me very uncomfortable , please be aware when leaving a review that this could also be the response you can get.

Thank you for your review and we are sorry to hear that you were not satisfied with your order.

We do want to provide some clarification for this review as we feel it isn't transparent, and is not fair on our business and how we operate.

We never received any request for a return from you, despite offering no quibble returns on our Mystery Boxes. We reached out to you to inform you of this and offered you a return to ensure you were satisfied with your purchase from us, in which you declined as you had given the items away to friends and family, of which you stated to us that they were more their style and were happy with them.

At this point, there is nothing else that we can offer to resolve this matter, and to leave a 1 star review without exploring the multiple options to resolve the matter is very harsh and unfair.

We cannot understand why you would not reach out to us if you were unhappy with the clothing received, and it was as poor as you mention in your review. Furthermore, why your family/friends would accept these if they were so poor.

The box you received had a resale price of £160, with each item worth £40 each, we feel this is clearly an issue regarding your expectations. 3 out of 4 items were also different colours, so it is untrue that you only received 1 colour in your order.

We are disappointed that you would not allow us to resolve this matter and feel that you wanted to leave us a bad review, even after you acknowledged how damaging these are to small businesses.
