Would give 0 stars if there was an option

I'm reduced to writing on here as they never reply to emails - I have never experienced a lack of service on this level before. Literally the worst ever.

I ordered a bomber jacket on 23.12.24, it is now 14.11.25 and I have never received notification of shipment, let alone the parcel, or even an offer for a refund.

As it stands it would appear these guys have robbed me of £50 and are apparently uncontactable. There is no evidence to suggest they aren't a scam at this point in time.

I would be willing to stop writing these reviews if
A) I received an immediate refund.
B) Was contacted and received the goods immediately.

This is literally the worst joke of an attempt at running a business.

Ordered hoodies on September 1st

Ordered hoodies on September 1st.
Its November 12th. I have reached out over 20 times via email. No response. And still not hoodies. I requested a refund through paypal and they honored it immediately.

Ordered a year ago, keep getting excuses. They took my money but never shipped anything and now their email address doesn’t work but they are still taking orders. Complete rip off.

I ordered two hoodies in Dec 2024 and…

I ordered two hoodies in Dec 2024 and never received them. I emailed back and forth for most of the year and got the run around that the order was processing and I should be rest assured it will ship... never did. Scam for sure! I paid with PayPal, so I am disputing through them.

This company stole my money and will steal yours if you purchase on their website, I NEVER received my order from November 2024 I paid 248$ dollars.. this company needs to be shut down with a class action lawsuit.. look at all these identical problems from different people that madea purchase with this company..

Placed an order, it just never progressed beyond them taking my money. Items were never dispatched.

I attempted to request an update. Their website's Contact Us page doesn't work. The page states that the Forms Quota has been exceeded. I managed to find an email address, there was a generic we'll get back to you email with a case number.

I've waited several weeks for a response, nothing. Attempted the above again, still nothing works, only a generic email response.

Thankfully, I ordered with PayPal as I wanted some additional protection if I didnt receive my order, and PayPal issued a refund immediately. I'm assuming they've handled a number of these incidents with Freshhoods.com hence why it was an immediate reimbursement.

Ordered a hoodie last year and after repeated attempts to contact them and with repeated responses of how they will look into it, I have yet to receive anything. Item or refund. This is a scam company and should not be allowed to advertise

If I could give zero stars I would…

If I could give zero stars I would because this is the worst company I've ever dealt with. I ordered a hoodie on the 11th November 2024 which I didn't receive, I emailed them numerous times and each time I got an apology and excuses until eventually they just ignored my emails so no resolution. Do not be tempted to buy from them.

If I could offer them no stars I would! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY THEY DO NOT SEND YOUR ITEMS OUT & ONLY STEAL YOUR MONEY!!!!

They robbed me. Fresh Hoods is a scam.

I ordered a sweatshirt back in December. It was supposed to be delivered in two weeks. I emailed them after a month and was informed that there was a delay but that it would be coming. It still never came. Over the next few months I continued emailing them, only to be told that there were more ‘slight delays’. In July I requested a refund, as it was clear I was not getting my product. They ignored all of my emails requesting refunds. They robbed me. Shame on them.

So disappointed

So disappointed! I placed an order months ago and still haven't received it. All inquiries have been ignored, and no refund has been issued. This is simply unacceptable.

Such a scam

Such a scam. Sales email is responsive but gives a different excuse to the delay to the product each time. It has been exactly a year since my order and nothing. They offer store credit and discount instead of a refund, what good is that.
