After placing my order I requested delayed delivery. This was agreed to. Then, because of changed circumstances I asked for delivery earlier. You posted my order straight away and I received it next day. Wonderful service, beautiful product, What more can I ask or say?

My necklace is absolutely lovely but when I ordered I sent some photos across of Otis and you said you would add some gold to the black to look like him. This was not done and I will need to return it as soon as you are open again.

A very quick delivery and the wife was over the moon with her staffie necklace especially since Dudley is all white with a black patch on one eye and the necklace matches exactly. Perfect.

The pendant was beautiful and looks exactly like my lovely dog, which is obviously a huge part of the charm of this item. It came beautifully packaged and would make a lovely gift (I bought mine for myself). Only drawback for me was I felt that the chain was a bit of an afterthought. I would’ve overlooked it except that the clasp is slightly too big for the end chain loop, which makes it fiddly to put on and doesn’t fit properly - the end loop of the chain only fits the ‘opening’ part of the clasp which I don’t feel is very secure.

My wife was delighted with her Westie necklace.I was a little surprised there was no mark or "925" stamp to confirm the silver content

Because of Royal Mail strikes, delivery took longer than normal but they didn’t mind me keeping them informed and kept reassuring me. They also offered to resend items if I wanted. It arrived. Product fantastic, really pleased. Great firm. Will buy again.
