Amazing service and we love our solar panels!
Leo and his team, really looked after us and installed best-in-class 500Kva PV panels and honestly wish we had them sooner. From day 1 communication was first class and the install team (Ellis and another technician) had them installed and commissioned in less than a day.
Also made sure the scaffolding was removed prior to Christmas.

Used Solar together Suffolk and had not heard of Fresh Electrical Solar. They have been great. Lots of information. Quick installation date, sorted all documentation out and answered all questions when asked.

Been having a problem for a week now. Batteries not working and solar panels producing nothing. Have been promised a call back but have not received any help. The system is just 2 and a half years old and supposedly guaranteed. Giv energy are impossible to speak to so we have been left with a non functioning system. Without the ability to store cheaper ‘off peak’ electricity we cannot afford to run our heat pump during the coldest time of year. The supposedly cheap green solution has turned out to be nothing of the sort.

I had solar panels installed by Fresh in 2022. The installation wasn't problem free, a previous review was left about that, and the resolution of the issues took an unacceptable amount of time. After sales also isn't as efficient as I was assured it would be when the batteries weren't working properly. I now have a furtherr issue with another battery, and surprise, surprise, the company that Fresh have referred me to for assistance have had their phone lines disconnected. A quick search on Gov.uk reveals that said company have been issued with a compulsory strike off. Trying to make contact with a knowledgable Fresh representative to find out how to resolve my problem has proved impossible. They've got your money folks, and that's all they care about. As I've said previously, this company promise you the dream but actually present you with a nightmare. Looks like the Ombudsman is the next step.

Getting solar panels have been something we wanted to do for a long time, but we were passive about sorting it out. One day we had salesman knocking on our door and we were pleased with the opportunity falling to our laps. We confirmed we are interested and the same day we were able to speak to a representative who explained everything well and allowed us to make informed decisions about what we needed/didn't need when it comes to solar panels. What was even more impressive is that the whole thing was implemented within a week, with Fresh Electrical Solutions arranging everything, from setting up the scaffolding to the professionals installing the panels. We've been enjoying the panels as it essentially powers our home even during the winter. We also appreciated the aftercare, and their due diligence to get independent company contact us to ensure we received the most suitable service for our needs. Honestly wholeheartedly recommend.
Last but not least, we also received a lovely gift basket from the company which was an unexpected, but a much appreciated touch.

We had solar panels installed in our previous property, but that was many years ago and this was a very different experience. We knew this was a professional set-up from the moment we spoke to Calvin: he was knowledgeable and professional and worked with us on suitability. FreshElectricalSolutions dealt with all the paperwork regarding compliance and the installation went ahead exactly as planned. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Had a really good experience getting our solar system from Fresh Electrical Solar. I'd heard plenty of negative stories from friends who had bad experiences with their installations (from other companies) and that made me want to be completely sure before making a commitment.

I'm pleased to say that Fresh Electrical Solar delivered and we are very satisfied customers. Ravi was great - he answered all our questions, and we had a lot of them!! I think he must have explained everything half a dozen times!

After the survey he reviewed our install with solar projections and was able to add some more panels to boost our output!

The price was competitive and the fitting was done swiftly, professionally and exactly as promised. They made sure all the kit was working and setup our apps, registrations, etc before they left. And their post-sales support to make sure all warranties are in place and that we have everything needed to sell power back to the grid has been great.

We were already Octopus customers, but with the install we moved to their Intellgent Go tariff (for cheap night time electricity) to top up our battery overnight.

We've seen an immediate impact on our electricity bills - even in winter and it will be phenomenal come summer!

DAVID KING shared his expertise and knowledge about the solar and energy products and solutions. David was really helpful and accommodating, we were unsure about what we wanted, however David King explained and explored the best solutions for us. Nothing was too much trouble for him, he visited us twice and was and still is available to take any calls or queries. We are very happy with the service and support David King has provided and would and have recommend him to our family and friends. Mr & Mrs Nizzar.

Professional service. The installers were respectful, neat and tidy. The whole process was efficient from the initial order to the completion of all needed documents. Would highly recommend.

We had several zoom call with various solar providers to give us there opinions and price's based on a google earth survey including the one that would reduce the price which varie.d on how quick we signed....
Then came fresh electrical with a home visit at a time we agreed, Michael came along took his time to explain how the system will work and the work needed etc.
We agreed on a price and a date for the work to be done in five days, the team arrive and ounce the scaffolding was up the panels were up and at the same time the inverter and batteries fitted into the loft and other items fitted and all working well by around 15:30. so all done and left all cleaned up.
A good team and a good advert for Fresh Electrical Solar being an reliable and efficient as promised.
Would highly recommend them.

The guys turned up to fit the solar panels on the roof the inverter and the associated battery in the garage. I was expecting them to be here most of the day, they were friendly and told us exactly what they had to do and within about 4 hours the job was completed, with no mess or any issues to report. We were given all the paperwork and informed of the safety of the battery and how to shut the system down if necessary.

From initial enquiry contact through to installation, they have been quick, polite and very good at communication throughout. Office staff and the install team were very polite and professional. Scaffolding was up and down quick too.

A first class service start to end. Firstly the sales person backed up by the Fresh sales team explained in great detail how everything would work. Any question I had was answered above and beyond my satisfaction. The planning phase was superbly managed. The installation was straightforward and all taken care of in a single day. The quality of workmanship was superb. Scaffolders arrived within a couple of days to remove and left the site impeccably clean and tidy. I have had course to contact the technical team a couple of times and they are impressively fast to respond. To say I'm delighted would be an understatement. All the people I've dealt with so far have been a credit to the Fresh Electrical brand. Thank you guys - a great job

I have had the opportunity to meet Mr David King, a fantastic independent energy advisor (working in collaboration with Costco Wholesale and Fresh solar Uk) that made the process of installing PV system on my house in Warwickshire seamless. From the introduction into PV area, survey, satellite checks on my property, quotation, latest technology (bi-facial PV), arranging scaffolding, installation dates, Mr David King was extremely professional in advising next steps in an efficient chronological way. He was incredibly helpful before I made our final decision (system size, inverter, panels output, battery) providing us with a very detailed initial survey and patiently answering all our questions as well as advising how to split between the strings for the best solar yield. The installation process was straightforward (scaffolding being erected one day before the installation date), the team made it possible within couple of hours. Even post-installation, Mr David King rang me multiple times to make sure that I am satisfied with the installation, as well as, to make sure I have received the relevant certifications (MCF, G99 in my case since I opt for an over-sized system). I really recommend working with Mr David King and Freshelectricalsolutions for the way they work with customers and for the quality of the products that are chosen!

Good company who carried out all their work professionally and in line with promises made. They come have been experts in solar power and as an considerate and caring contractor.

We've had the solar panels about three weeks now and they appear to working well. EV charger might have an issue but Fresh solar are trying to sort. SEG application is ongoing but no issues to date.

They were a little aggressive around payment but no different to similar companies.

I would fully recommend them to others.

Absolutely terrible service. Made an appointment with us, never showed up, called or left an email.
• When questioned, they replied by saying the roof wasn’t suitable. They never showed up so I’m very interested to know how this check was done. Especially as my roof is no different from the rest of the street who a large number of people have solar panelling.
• They claimed to have called. No messages were left, no emails were sent and the only possible number that called that day from the same area code as this company didn’t reply when I answered and it sounded like a call centre.
Absolute waste of our time and they showed zero remorse or understanding after we rearranged our afternoons, during our working hours to be available for this meeting

Ordered a battery through Costco, installation date scheduled but less than a week before they EMAIL me to say sorry, due to a shortage we can't install until January!!!! This is clearly a problem with their supply only given I have now secured one for a similar price elsewhere and 4 other local suppliers all have stock! What is worse is they are still advertising them as a stocked item with Costco knowing full well they can't fulfil the order for at least 2 months. The customer service is also non-existent as when I mentioned how it was upsetting to receive that news on an email, you could almost hear Calvin shrug without a care. If you want customer service, go elsewhere. If you want a Tesla Powerwall, go elsewhere. If you want someone to call you if there is an issue, go elsewhere.
