Be careful with this company
Be careful with this company, the $169 is just a “basic clean”, and though they can’t explain the difference - when a technician arrives expect them to suggest you get a “deep clean” and that you pay a lot more ~$500 a fireplace.
Gabriel was less than professional;
- he didn’t have any bags for the soot and asked if we did.
- he said that one of our fireplaces had been cleaned recently but still suggested a “deep clean”, when I questioned him about this he said. Oh maybe that’s why you’re getting a discount.
- he left the draft stopping balloons deflated in our chimney.
- dust and soot was left behind in front of the fireplaces.
- he didn’t have a coat, what sort of person who works on a roof uses an umbrella?
I felt pressure to pay on the spot at the end, why not send us an invoice and we pay it in time?
Would not recommend this service!
