Do not buy from this site. They are a scam, reportedly based in Canada but their true location is masked. They won't deliver your coins to you and won't respond to your refund request. If you have been ripped off, you should file complaints against this outfit and G2A.com which is the company that collects your money.

This is a scam....you have been warned. My 10 year old purchased points via PayPal which have never arrived. I sent a message but never received a reply. The Internet site is not correctly set up and has a number of flaws.

Pure swindle
Bought 100K coins FIFA15 middle of November, never delivered. they answered after one week 'how may we help you', where my question was obviously in my message. Next, they indicated they don't sell FIFA15 anymore, which was of course still available on their website.
They indicated in same message their Bank account was blocked, so refund could take up to 7 days, never received a refund.
STAY AWAY from this site.

Will not give refund!!
I have contacted frenzyfifa about 10 times now looking a refund as my son's FIFA coins could not be delivered due to password issues. They constantly fob me off with lies and excuses about their system being down. Do not buy from these jokers. Unacceptable service!

Pure and simple theft ! Avoid at all costs !
My son made the mistake of buying coins from them and, after 3 messages sent to tell them that the delivery had failed, I haven't had a single answer (and the order was passed 10 days ago). I am more and more convinced each day that this site is a scam and it should be avoided as much as possible !
