Highly recommended

To date, I have ordered 42 shirts for various teams. I obviously like the shirts. I have received so many compliments and requests for information on where they came from. I had the majority of my shirts custom made. The communication was excellent during the processes. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that there have been some issues with receiving the wrong size, wrong name and some (very few) delays in shipping. I will continue to order from them anytime I want to dress a team. I love the shirts.

Customer relations needs work

I can't say anything about the product. But, I had a shocking experience with whoever was running the online chat. I reached out to 2 custom shirt companies. The other company responded, sent designs,adjusted designs and processed payment before Frenzidea even replied. The recognized that the response was slow. And then berated me for using a different company. I'm not saying the other company is better. But, if I don't like them, I will be looking for some other business to do my next shirts. Frenzidea just eliminated themselves from being that option.

Great staff (Cindy)

Great staff (Cindy) I great business ethic and and willing to make sure customers are happy with their products. I ordered a shirt and some how it passed QC and shipped out. I worked with Cindy and they replaced my defective shirt for free and fast!

Terrible customer service

The item I was forced to pay for shipping insurance was stolen! I have an open mailbox that the shipper could have left it. They left it out in the open. I asked for another item or a refund I never received any communication. I am upset at how your company just took my money for shipping insurance and I can’t use it.

According to our shipping records and the carrier's confirmation, your order was successfully delivered to the provided address on Dec 20th. We have delivery confirmation showing the package was left at the specified location as per standard shipping procedures.
We understand your concern about the package being stolen after delivery. However, once the carrier confirms successful delivery with proof, the shipping insurance coverage ends at that point. Shipping insurance protects against loss or damage during transit, not for theft that occurs after the delivery is completed.
Regarding the mailbox preference, we follow the carrier's standard delivery protocols. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee specific drop-off locations unless special delivery instructions are arranged directly with the shipping carrier before delivery.
We encourage all customers to:

Track their packages closely
Arrange for secure delivery locations
Consider requiring a signature for delivery in areas with security concerns
