This company does not appear to comply with UK law in facilitating a free return for a faulty product, which I requested today. It has apparently sent me a replacement, but I'm entitled to return the item FOC if I prefer. It's a small, inexpensive item and I'm not going to pursue it but it's surprising how often one still has to assert one's legal rights.
The worst customer service we have ever experienced. Shocking lady based in Harrogate who appears to run the business based on accusations when it is their own goods out department at fault. Accused of lying, deceit and then when offering a solution of either a credit or to ship with our next order (when we were willing to order again before being treated/accused like a criminal would be) was advised that they obviously can't please and to go to Amazon as we obviously don't like buying from small producers (we try to do shop small where possible). If you like good customer service, I'd highly suggest going elsewhere.
