Thank you to the lovely staff at The French Quarter for being so incredibly helpful. I mistakenly purchased vouchers from their website for a restaurant in Newcastle with the same name. Staff from French Quarter, Essex called me immediately to inform me and promptly refunded the money to my account. Great, honest customer service, thank you French Quarter, Essex.

I’ve been a customer of the French Quarter for over 15 years. The service is fantastic, the products are gorgeous and amazing quality with very reasonable pricing, even after moving 250 miles away I still order from Lin and her girls and have kitted out my new home with all her gorgeous bits. The Pip Studio collections being my favourite. Fabulous service from a trusted family business.

I ordered 2 gift cards worth £200 for Christmas presents. However I ordered them from this company instead of a different company with the same name. Lin contacted me immediately to ask me if it was her company I meant to order from, or the company in Newcastle. It was the company in Newcastle that I intended to order from. She kindly refunded my money immediately. I was very grateful and impressed, as she could easily just have sent me vouchers for her company without questioning it. Goes to show what a decent and efficient company thus us. Thankyou Lin once again
