Purchased 2 year French Premium…
Purchased 2 year French Premium subscription. On the PC website, in my dashboard, it shows that my subscription should be active. However, I am not allowed to view any Premium content. I emailed support, and they just gave me a generic response about "it only works on the website and not on the app". My issue was regarding the website for PC, not the app.
I had read the EXACT same story from previous users, but for some reason I didn't want to believe it. Well, now I believe them. These people are scammers. Stay as far away as possible. You can purchase Lifetime access to other courses for a fraction of their cost. Look elsewhere.
