Frenchie Wear seem to think people areidiots with the crap they expect you to believe. I have been trying to find out where my order is but it's like getting through a brick wall. DO NOT BUY FROM FRENCHIE WEAR AS THEY DO NOT TELLL YOU HONESTLY WHAT IS GOING ON WITH YOUR ORDER. AS ANOTHER REVIEW STATES> "THEY SPEND MORE TIME PUTTING UP THEIR OWN REVIEWS. DO NOT BUY> DO NOT BUY AS THERE ARE MANY OTHER GREAT SITES SELLING SAME ITEMS

Hello Steven,

I regret your review, considering our numerous attempts to assist you with your order. Your order was placed on the 15th, and within 2 days, we contacted you via email to address a change in the courier service. Upon speaking with you, you expressed a preference for AUS Post over Sendle. Regrettably, our choice of Sendle led to unfavorable remarks and treatment from your end, despite the fact that we promptly arranged for your parcel to be sent via AUS Post within an hour.

We were diligent in keeping you informed about your slightly delayed parcel, making a total of 3 calls to apprise you of the situation. Furthermore, in acknowledgment of the express delivery window of 2-4 days, we refunded your $9.95 express postage fee.

Despite our efforts, your disbelief persisted even when we provided evidence of shipment, including the packing slip, AUS Post receipt, correspondence details, and a bank remittance screenshot. We even offered to speak to you from the AUS Post facility to verify the shipment.

Your excessive critique of our small business for a minor delay of 1-2 days beyond the express postage timeframe feels unwarranted, especially considering your use of profanity and disrespect towards our team. Such behavior is not something we tolerate.

To reiterate, here is an excerpt from our final email to you, Steve:

"If the parcel doesn't arrive, please inform us, and I will personally visit AUS Post to track the late parcel while being on a call with you."

Despite our numerous offers to remedy the situation, your trust in our actions seems to be lacking. To clarify, we have provided you with the following options:

Refund of express postage (which you accepted, and the parcel was still dispatched express).
Refund of the entire order.
A scheduled phone call at the AUS Post facility at 10 am tomorrow.
It's important to note that this situation arose due to the parcel slightly exceeding the express postage timeframe by 1-2 days (for which we promptly refunded you). Additionally, your regional location, as clearly stated on our website, contributes to these very minor delivery variations.

Great products and excellent customer service!

I absolutely love Frenchie wear products. I seriously don’t like being cold but I’m really looking forward to it getting a little colder so I can wear them. My daughter has the child version and loves hers too. The slippers run a little on the larger size so if you are between two sizes I’d suggest you size down. I had a query about the time for delivery and I quickly received an email and phone call to inform me of the reason. I was also given a gift because of the wait. That was really appreciated. I can’t speak highly enough about the customer service and the quality of products. The packaging was also really lovely. It felt like you were really opening something special. I’ll definitely be using them again for birthday and Xmas presents for family and friends.

Sensational customer service as I am…

Sensational customer service as I am not a fan of online shopping. It has been a lovely experience from ordering to receiving my items.

I have done this twice and has never been a problem.The frenchies are fantastic.

Ridiculously slow shipping

Ridiculously slow shipping. It took them 7 days to actually dispatch the order (despite them sending an email advising it had shipped on day 4, postage tracking told a totally different story).

I run an ebay store and have to dispatch all of my orders within 48 hours. Taking 7 days just because you are a website is inexcusable.

It is now over two weeks since ordering and I still don't have it. Tracking update says maybe another 3 days until I will receive it. I know they aren't responsible for AusPost times but it shouldn't have taken them so long to dispatch.

You can't blame covid - if it is indeed actually coming from Victoria, you weren't under any lockdown or restrictions at time of ordering.

Cannot recommend enough!

My Frenchie is so warm and cosy, seriously my old fibro house is freezing in winter but I barely even need the heater on.
I work in civil construction so live in High Viz so as soon as I get home at night straight out of the shower I’m in my Frenchie. I’m washing and wearing it I think I’m going to have to get another.
Cannot recommend Frenchie wear enough. High quality and super cosy

Frenchie Wear has been such a hit in my house

Frenchie Wear has been such a hit in my house. We wear them when ever we are home and don’t even need the heater on.
This company is more than helpful and very quick at replying if you need anything. I wanted to order my mum a hoodie for Mother’s Day and their was no express shipping, I contacted the company and they still did everything they can to make sure I received the hoodie in 1-2 days. Highly recommended these guys. AmaZing!

If you don’t have one yet, get one ASAP, you won’t regret

I placed several orders through Frenchie wear. I just couldn’t stop ordering once I received my first parcel! I ordered 3 x Frenchies, 6 x silk scrunchies, 2 x pairs of socks and 3 x eye masks and I am in love and very comfortable.

After giving them a glowing review to my sister, she made a purchase of their Frenchie and scrunchies too.

It has taken over a week to get two of the parcels sent, which I understand they are busy due to Mother’s Day. I sent an email this morning and they called and explained the delay and are sending ASAP which I appreciate very much. I’d previously sent an email and not heard back but believe this might be due to them getting lots of requests or the online form having issues.

Speaking to Josh he was very kind and understanding that I needed to get my gift to mum for Mother’s Day, which I really respect and appreciate.

I love their products and when they have sales it’s even better. Their packaging is see through so be aware if buying a present and you live with the person, you might need to stalk the mailbox :) overall great packaging.

I love the products and will buy from them again and recommend them to family and friends. I do love supporting small Australian owned and run businesses, so please support them too.
