I absolutely love Frenchie wear products. I seriously don’t like being cold but I’m really looking forward to it getting a little colder so I can wear them. My daughter has the child version and loves hers too. The slippers run a little on the larger size so if you are between two sizes I’d suggest you size down. I had a query about the time for delivery and I quickly received an email and phone call to inform me of the reason. I was also given a gift because of the wait. That was really appreciated. I can’t speak highly enough about the customer service and the quality of products. The packaging was also really lovely. It felt like you were really opening something special. I’ll definitely be using them again for birthday and Xmas presents for family and friends.

Ridiculously slow shipping
Ridiculously slow shipping. It took them 7 days to actually dispatch the order (despite them sending an email advising it had shipped on day 4, postage tracking told a totally different story).
I run an ebay store and have to dispatch all of my orders within 48 hours. Taking 7 days just because you are a website is inexcusable.
It is now over two weeks since ordering and I still don't have it. Tracking update says maybe another 3 days until I will receive it. I know they aren't responsible for AusPost times but it shouldn't have taken them so long to dispatch.
You can't blame covid - if it is indeed actually coming from Victoria, you weren't under any lockdown or restrictions at time of ordering.

This company is more than helpful and very quick at replying if you need anything. I wanted to order my mum a hoodie for Mother’s Day and their was no express shipping, I contacted the company and they still did everything they can to make sure I received the hoodie in 1-2 days. Highly recommended these guys. AmaZing!

I placed several orders through Frenchie wear. I just couldn’t stop ordering once I received my first parcel! I ordered 3 x Frenchies, 6 x silk scrunchies, 2 x pairs of socks and 3 x eye masks and I am in love and very comfortable.
After giving them a glowing review to my sister, she made a purchase of their Frenchie and scrunchies too.
It has taken over a week to get two of the parcels sent, which I understand they are busy due to Mother’s Day. I sent an email this morning and they called and explained the delay and are sending ASAP which I appreciate very much. I’d previously sent an email and not heard back but believe this might be due to them getting lots of requests or the online form having issues.
Speaking to Josh he was very kind and understanding that I needed to get my gift to mum for Mother’s Day, which I really respect and appreciate.
I love their products and when they have sales it’s even better. Their packaging is see through so be aware if buying a present and you live with the person, you might need to stalk the mailbox :) overall great packaging.
I love the products and will buy from them again and recommend them to family and friends. I do love supporting small Australian owned and run businesses, so please support them too.
