Maybe you have good shoes but I will never know because you still have to work on your service.
After 3 weeks of waiting for the delivery and every day getting a NEW delivery date, I called your company. A very nice service girl told me that she has to check with the storage facility why I don’t get my package. She told me that she will call back. I made sure that she has my telephone number. Until today I didn’t get any phone call. I called again to cancel my order. The very nice service girl didn’t even ask me for the reason, but instead asked if she can do something else for me. I told her that she can send me an email with the cancellation details. Until today I didn’t get any email. The only thing I got from your company was a bill. Pity…..

Free delivery is promoted as a service, whereas I take that for granted. The returns are not for free, but you find out only when you read the small print. Not fitting to a brand that positions itself as premium.

First ,I ordered some leggings and forgot to use the price reduction code . The office was closed ,so tried a couple of days later fully expecting a negative reply.The man I talked to was really nice and refunded me the money !! Then I waited a couple of weeks and received no leggings. I sent an email ,got a very quick response ,and received them two days later ! The leggings themselves are very good quality and a very nice fit ! A really positive experience ! The only downside is my email account is a bit mobbed by freiluftkind adverts.

I was curious about barefoot shoes but have never tried them. I also have a bad ankle so I was afraid to try new stuff.

This is how I found Freiluftkind: On a trip in Italy I saw a family the parents were wearing barefoot shoes I thought it should be a good brand that the mid-age people decided to wear so I asked them the brand and they suggested it.

Experience with my bad ankle: in the first days it was weird but some situation happened that my ankle always rotates but it did not! The arc of my foot helped me keep my balance and my toes helped me stay firm.... I had long, thin feet, and now after 3 months of using them, I see that my toes are getting some distance and my foot looks stronger.

Quality: I swam in the lake for 4 hours... and nothing fell apart... the shine of the colors was washed but it is still a beautiful pair of shoes. After 3 months I am completely used to it as a lifestyle.

Customer support: I don't know what happened but one day I haw a hole in my one leg shoe(looked like a small cigarette burn) I wrote to them and asked if they can sew it for me, but guess what, without any reply, they just sent back a new pair again for me! Now I have one shiny pair for work and one light pinky color for the outdoors that I sew myself.

I am very satisfied with the shoes. Unfortunately, my 1st order was too small and I had to send the shoes back, which proved to be very difficult. They were delivered in a 'plastic bag', which according to various post offices I could not use for the return.

This shoe was ordered one size up and it fits perfectly. The color olive is appealing, the shoe sits comfortably close to the foot, nothing pinches or wobbles, a great walking feeling. I have no Achilles tendon or ball pain. I'll buy them again anytime like bear paws, but they are not important. I think the shoes are great!!!
