Freightos can't be replaced as a valuable shipping resource. They can't stop all shipping company errors... but they do an awesome job hooking us up with freight forwarders. Absolutely excellent.

Freightos has been our trusted platform for a few years because of their FF competitive pricing, the high caliber of FF's they have available on it, and the way the site captures every milestone of the shipment from start to finish. Communication is seamless with all parties on the Freightos platform, which is absolutely essential when you are importing shipments from different areas around the world.
They are also very quick to jump in and help on any issue/question outside the scope of the FF. We consider Freigtos a trusted partner for all of our import shipments.

Easy and Fast for Europe to US
I've used and trusted Freightos on two shipments from Italy to the US. Their online platform is very easy to use and navigate while their follow up customer support helps with small details and ensures everyone is on the same page regarding pickups, shipment documents, custom clearance and delivery tracking.

This is the worst company you can…
This is the worst company you can contact about your shipping needs. The support they provide is a joke. I would love to give them minus 5 stars if I could. China shipper try to overcharge us . Shipper try to charge us over $700 for 4 empty pallets that cargo was placed on!
I contacted frightos support and provide all clear proof but they didn't even check or read details. They just copy and paste responds and try to charge us without any help! . This company is fraud. I will contact BBB, Alibaba US support office, Any social media I could to make sure you don't get same problems. Avoid them at all cost. it wasn't closed they try to charge my visa without our autorization which is fraud!
