Very good support

My install isn't finished yet but Feezvon service is very good. Professionally run organisation.

Update: Freezvon continued to work on the issue and now all working fine. Very good support.
The redirection service is very easy to use and the customer portal makes it very easy to manage.

Waiting 2 months for refund and identity requirements not transparent

Still awaiting refund to my credit card since 4th February 2023 when Freezvon indicated it was sent. Also the identity requirements requirements are not transparent - the site has one list of requirements by country but received email after for a copy of passport and credit card statement showing the initial payment to Freezvon. If this was indicated as an up front requirement as part of the account set-up I would have no issue, but the after-thought approach feels scammy. Decided to test them by seeing what would happen if I didn't submit as they said that my funds would be sent back. If I got back the funds, I would apply again and follow through on the "after" requirements. The fact that I haven't got it back makes this company very questionable in my eyes.

However, we need to note that the refund has been made to your card on 2023-02-04 11:59:42. The process through which we make refunds is automized through the Stripe payment system. We cannot freeze your funds or keep them to ourselves when we make a refund. Please contact your bank to confirm that refund was made!

As for the documents required for the payment verification: we state clearly in our Terms and Conditions that we reserve the right to request your identity verification documents at any point if it is needed to provide services for you.

In this case, payment verification was needed to prevent credit card fraud. There are no downsides for a credit card owner to proceed with credit card payment verification. This measure is to prevent scammers from using our services. As you seem to feel strongly about scams, you should agree with this approach.

To sum it up: we do warn that we may request documents from a user; when we do request documents, it's solely to comply with anti-fraud policies; refunds are made automatically through the payment system used during payment.

Horrible Experience

I was unfamiliar with this company. Their website showed conflicting information about whether they require documentation to set up the account. I was reluctant to trust my passport information or other information with them, but wanted to try them out. I emailed them letting them know I was interested in their services, but only if I didn't have to provide verification prior to trying out the line to test the audio quality, because if the audio quality was bad I might not even be a customer very long and I didn't want to provide a lot of information to a company I might barely use. I sent an email and they responded: "The cost of the number is: set up fee is: 10$ and monthly fee is 12$ The forwarding to SIP is free of charge and the forwarding to the phone number is chargeable. Documents for US city numbers are not required. If you have questions, just reply to this email, and we will help you with any matter." I sent payment to them, was told the line was setup, and then received this email: "Hello, ...we're asking you to provide the following... Colored photos of your passport, pages 1-2, or an ID card; Bank statement of the card used during this transaction; Photo verification: photo of the payer holding the card. ...Without receiving the requested information from you, we, unfortunately, cannot provide you with services. Best regards, Oleksandr Baran Financial director and co-owner." I specifically emailed them to see if they required documentation prior to the line being set up and they specifically said they did not. I would never have made any payment to some company I don't trust and know little about if I knew they would also demanded a passport. I do not trust this company with my passport information or with anything, especially after I specifically asked if it would be required and they told me it would not be required. Although they may say the email was stating they didn't need documents for the phone verification and they are requesting documents for bank verification, I had asked very clearly if they needed ANY documentation and their emailed response prior to my making a purchase resulted in my believing this would not be needed. I don't trust this company.

Let us clarify a few things about the verification process:
1) No documents are required to make an account.
2) No documents are required to connect a US landline number.
3) In some cases, such as paying via card through the Stripe payment system, payment verification may be required. This is due to the requirement of our bank and the payment processors, for anti-fraud prevention, among other things.
4) We warn that as a provider of virtual telephony services, we have a right to request your documents for verification at any time when you are using our services. It is something that is clearly stated in our Terms and Conditions here: https://freezvon.com/terms-and-conditions

Please be aware that if you do not agree to proceed with payment verification, we are not leaving your money to ourselves. It is refunded to your card and arrives back on your card within 1-5 banking days, depending on your bank.

So to sum it up, when you asked whether you need to verify your account prior to purchase, we answered no, you don't. When you asked whether you need to verify your identity when placing an order for the USA landline, we answered no, you don't. In both cases, it's true. But when we're talking about verification of transaction, yes, it is required in some cases because we have a strict no-fraud policies, and you cannot pay with a stolen card. This wasn't a subject of your questioning prior to you placing the order, but it is covered by our T&C which you are required to read and accept prior to making any payments.

We appreciate you leaving a review. It would be great if you took time to follow up here to confirm when you received your funds back at your card, as the refund has already been made.

Friendly support

Friendly support! I do love that. I'm not particularly versed in VoIP? I'm just using it. So it's nice, you know, you never feel like you have stupid questions, they always help, explain things, give sound advice. Like with the call forwarding setup, depending on time of the day, day of the week, etc.
