Absolutely love this company, ordered freeze dried sweets from here a few months ago for my nephew as he had always wanted to try and his birthday was coming up so i thought why not get him some. The delivery was super quick and the customer service was absolutely great with very quick replies and delivery updates. One thing I was a little disappointed with was that quite a few of the sweets i ordered didn’t actually come out freeze dried however this was pretty rare. I would 100% recommend this to anyone who’s never tried freeze dried sweets before as this is one of the few companies that are actually affordable and good quality, however I do wish they had some better packaging as I wasn’t to keen on the amount of plastic being used whereas some other brands have paper packaging. All in all I would definitely order from here again as my nephew loved these and was extremely excited to try them and I think freeze dried sweets are actually a lot better than I thought they would be.

Excellent. Beautifully wrapped in a box and wow so so good . They were amazing to eat . We were all found them very moorish.

First time trying freeze dried sweets and they didn't disappoint. Ordered a mystery box and it was a great selection.

The delivery was surprisingly quick and the sweets were divine! Some were slightly chewy but the rest were absolutely amazing! Would definitely buy these again! 👍

This company are extremely rude and unprofessional.
Did not send item to Royal Mail in timeframe promise therefore would not be delivered in the tracked 48 hour as promised.
Delivery still hasn’t turned up after 5 days.
Ordered for teachers gifts (kids have now broken up today) so now the gifts are not needed. Won’t accept return blaming Royal Mail & refusing to help.
So now I’ve wasted £30 on teacher gifts and had to go and replace with alternative gifts.
Changing their terms and conditions and policies magically despite myself showing screenshots or their own website !
Will be going through my bank to get this money back from these absolute scammers !!!! KEEP CLEAR !!!!

TOTAL SCAM

Same experience as the other multiple reviews below. Never received items 11 days after paying £9 for next day delivery. They claim DOD charge this much but it’s such a lie. Disappointed I’ve been scammed of £20 by this company. They should be ashamed of themselves for scamming people of money and not providing the goods in return. Hopefully trading standards will help once I contact them.

The company promptly sent tracking information for the order but it was clear that the parcel was never dropped off with royal mail which seems to be a pattern after seeing the other reviews on here. I wish I would have looked on Trustpilot first! Avoid!

I would give zero stars if I could. Ordered on 26/1/24, received an email in the 29th to say dispatched along with a tracking number. Today, 3 weeks on and on the Royal Mail tracking it’s still saying, ‘ we’re expecting it’. I’ve emailed the company many times, last week I asked for a refund but the response I got was, no as we have fulfilled your order. Where is it then?? Very poor service. They even had the cheek to send me a £5 off voucher! As if I’d ever order from them again!? At this point I just want a refund but I can’t see that happening.

I placed an order before checking reviews stupidly on trustpilot. Wish I had before I went ahead ! They apparently 'dispatched to royal mail' - I then email for an update for them to say -

order with us.
After checking our records, we can confirm that your order was dispatched to Royal Mail on February 7. However, I regret to inform you that we haven't received any updates regarding the status of your delivery based on the provided tracking information. "

- they clearly are scammers who take your money. God knows why they haven't been reported and I will be ensuring that I take this further.

Poor communication. Delay of over 2 weeks and seller hasn’t bothered to reply back to any of my emails. Royal Mail can’t track order. I believe this company is a scam. Do Not order!

Packaged well, tastes great! and lots of options to choose from, read about long delivery times but that did not seem the case to me, orded on a thursday afternoon, they emailed saying can take upto 36hours to freeze dry if they dont have items in stock at the time of ordering, received my order wednesday afternoon. very happy will be ordering again.

So I did have to wait about 2 and a half weeks before receiving the items that I ordered, and sent a few emails checking up on the progress of my order. I have to say, the customer service that I received was fantastic. I sent a few emails checking on my order and they replied very quickly and were able to help me out with all of my issues. The sweets were tasty and was a fun experience.

I will never be ordering from this company again and would not recommend. I received this sweet with half the sweet missing. I contacted them and they responded “ As the sweets expand during the freeze-drying process, sometimes they won't fit properly in the bag.” If this was the case, it should have been sent in 2 bags. They said they would send me a return label which they never sent.
Also, one of the products arrived half crushed and they blamed Royal Mail and said it their T+C’s they do not take blame for crushed items.
They stopped responding to me and I ended up having to go through PayPal to get a refund. I tried leaving a review on their website and it says ‘submitted’ so I imagine they only publish good reviews which is a scam, but time will tell. Avoid!!!
