Freetobook was a referral & suggested option a couple of years ago when we were looking to acquire a replacement online booking system.
Put simply, the whole experience and service provided has been absolutely superb and professional, so would most definitely recommend.
The team are always very helpful and supportive, with numerous options and add-ons available (Stripe, Messaging, Channel Management etc.) at reasonable costs that enable people such as us to have a dramatic saving in precious time.
Another real 'like' is the service and system development that Freetobook are striving to continually offer, and especially by attempting to reduce a loss in our income due to (excessive) OTA commissions and costs.
Importantly, our visitor feedback has been full of praise too for the professional and slick service that is provided.

Freetobook provide an excellent service for direct booking.
The website is very user-friendly with online support. The additional features that can be purchased make the system a comprehensive and professional platform.

I have been with freetobook for a number of years now and the platform has made the management of my property very easy and streamlined the whole process effectively. They have always answered all of my questions so the responsiveness is really good - you know that you will get a response from someone who knows what they are talking about as the company is still relatively small, but a good size for what they offer. They are based in Scotland, so it is good to know you are dealing with a company that are not half a world away and not understanding of your needs as a business.

In recent times they have upgraded a number of their services, and although they do come at an extra cost, they are upfront about it and the prices seem fair to me for the additional benefit you get.

All in all, I am happy to be with freetobook for my holiday cottage and I can see how this would benefit people in a similar position, or with multiple properties or rooms. I can see me being with them for a long time to come!

I have worked with FreetoBook for several years to manage availability for our Self Catering Holiday Cottage, The Old Cart House Brawby. I have found there services to be easy to use and allowing easy communication with guests as well as simple availability and pricing calendar management being sent out to all the online travel agents. I cannot praise them enough.

We have been with Freetobook since opening our B&B business in August 2020 and can highly recommend them.
Nothing is too much trouble and you really have the feeling that they are on your side. They are always coming up with new ideas to help you take more direct bookings which obviously is a huge bonus to our small business.

I joined free to book at the start of the year after spending a frustrating year with another company. Free to book website is very user friendly, I like the colour coding and clear diary view we get, they are competitive in pricing and you can sign up for add ons if you want. Customer service team are very friendly and you get a quick response, there is also the Hive which has lots of useful threads and answers to popular questions, the booking beat app on the other hand I find very clunky and not at all user friendly, this needs some serious development. All in all I am happy so far and will probably look at adding on certain services next year.

Freetobook has been fantastic for our small business, it's super easy to use and the best bit is the customer service...the team are always at hand if we need help, they are so helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Highly recommend them for your channel manager.

Freetobok is a great service for handling bookings. I use it to rent a House for Holidays and it works well and have s scalable adding the services you need. I can say I'm having a great experience with them.

Freetobook offers a seamless method of accepting and processing online bookings for our B&B business. Any support required is given promptly and in a simple manner. An excellent company to deal with.

This a great little independent company that is dedicated to making booking software for independent hotels/Inns. The core booking software is free and there are numerous add-on options that you can choose from to match your needs. Pricing is very reasonable and I like that they are dedicated to helping us get as many direct bookings as possible. Good dependable software with great support. There are some features that I wished that they offered to customers outside of the UK such as Google hotel connections but we are doing fine with their Google zero offering for now.

We have been extremely grateful for how easy it is to use freetobook. The system is easy to use and if you have any problems the team are always on hand to help and usually immediately. They have lots of extras and adding new aids all the time. We have recommended them to many other hospitality businesses. If you are making a decision to use a channel manager look no further these guys are first class and know what they are doing.

We highly recommend Freetobook for small and large properties. It's an affordable and reliable booking platform with excellent customer service. Continuous improvement and customer feedback make it one of the best solutions available.

I’ve a 9 bed B&B and I’ve been using freetobook for about 10 years this has made my life SO much easier, I highly recommend to anyone looking for a channel manager or/and booking system through your own website

Great customer service and easy to understand website

We have used Freetobook for 4 years for our High End Villa Rental by linking it to our own website. The transition from our website to Freetobook from the customers perspective is seamless and their integration with Stripe for payments is also seamless. These two functions really enhance our site in a truly professional way. The ease in which we set up Freetobook was a major factor in our decision process on who to use. The online and personal help is extremely good and we haven't experienced a technical issue that couldn't be rectified very quickly. We highly recommend Freetobook.

A brilliant service. I’ve used freetobook for 8 years to enable guests to book my cottage in the South Downs commission free. That allows me to offer reduced prices whilst making a little more than on agents sites.
