Really bad
Really bad , I bought the sensor . They told me my phone was compatible with the app . Well it’s wasn’t , I could not connect my sensor with the app therefore I wasted 70 euros . I called 4 different times to ask for a refund and they told me that they won’t refund me, thats it’s not their fault … well yes it is their fault sonce they told me my iPhone was compatible with their sensor before buying it , TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
Fell off after 5 days
Struggle to get the sensors on the NHS but do find them useful when travelling. Paid £50 and fell off after 5 days not what i was expecting. Now back to finger prick testing. The app doesnt allow for reporting of faulty devices unless you are based in the US. Pretty useless all round.
Freestyle con TCL 40se
Me he comprado un tcl40se, con NFC y SO android 13.
Dangerous if you travel and the sensor comes off!
The sensor itself works fine, but reaching customer service is not easy and becomes impossible when traveling even within Europe. The Hotline is not callable from another European country, emails are ignored. Tried calling the Abott hotline within the country I am but they can not do anything! In my case the sensor came off, you can not scan a new sensor without customer support resetting the app. Since 4 days I'm pretty much an unmanaged Diabetic cause the support refuses to reset the app when my wife even called in! This is DANGEROUS and UNACCEPTABLE
