Above is the company I had an encounter with.
They charged me £5 for a chat which turned out be a waste of time. On top of that they have charged a further £50 for I don't know what. A scam

There is no where to even access the 'free advice' so most likely a scam site. It's very basic and doesn't give any real details. Not sure the point. 🤷

More than a week after, and still no acknowledgement at all.

My initial contact with the service has been helpful and constructive. I was asked many relevant questions about my case and I look forward to receiving further support from them. It's nice to find a legal service that is offered for free!

I rang the helpline run by Russell in a state of panic Russell within 45 minutes had contacted a solicitor who then contcted me so within the hour i had the legal advice i needed to set the ball in motion which in turn had very successful results Russell works on his own mans the facebook page and the live chat too and has helped 200 people who didnt know who to turn to for legal advice i thoroughly recommend this free legal advice service

I needed advice about getting out of a car lease contract as we had only had the car 10 days when it broke down. The response from the solicitors was prompt, very helpful with their advice as to how to tackle the problem and genuinely seem to want to help. Also the advice was free, Brilliant would use again and recommend.

Although very grateful for the advice I was given, it made me realise just how much it all entails. So for the moment I’ve decided to leave it for now.
