A very good price for a reconditioned Humax Box and it came in Freesat box complete with everything as if it was new. Works perfectly so very pleased. Similar on EBay were cheaper but not complete with all the bits and no warranty. Delivered in the time they stated.

Oh my goodness what do you do if suddenly your Freesat television viewing without any warning suddenly goes kaput? Your window on the world goes completely dark and you are left aghast and seemingly helpless!

Bought a replacement hard drive for free sat. Was concerned it would be difficult to fit and wouldn’t work. It was easy to do, took minutes and worked brilliantly. I wish I had spent more and upgraded to a faster processor. Delivery was super quick and well packaged….Recommended

I have used Freesat spares twice. The first time to replace a remote control unit and then to repair my Freesat box when it stopped working. On both occasions I have been very happy with the service provided especially as the repair saved me from having to buy a new box.

I thought for some time about getting my Humax 1100s replaced after it failed to work. My initial reaction was to source a new machine, but spending so much on a new machine plus recordings I had saved I.e Guitar Hero’s prompted me to search for a repair. I was encouraged during the chat to attempt for a repair.
This went extremely well, my query was answered immediately with very clear instructions. Having posted the item, I was informed within the week that my freesat could repaired at a fraction of cost of a new machine, its back and working👍
