Everything is ok until you need to transfer a eSim profile. Horrible experience and nothing is working. - ah and of course you need to pay extra..

Would be 5 stars if they had not sent an sms to say I will not receive the bonus for taking my number to them .. even though it states in the contract I received

I have used freenet time and again and my experience with it is good

I am a foreigner, I don't speak much German so when I called freenet I asked to talk with someone in English. I have been to placed here in Germany where people refused to speak in English because "this is Germany". In the case of freenet, they were kind enough to call a colleague who speaks English to talk with me and he clarified all the doubts that I had. I am very satisfied.

well they provide sim with phone contract within 10 days I am satisfied.

TERRIBLE!!!!! SCAM!!!!!!!!! They are a scam company . Their customer service does not exist. I canceled the contract on time and they are still getting money from my account after years . Each Time i write someone else answers , when i call they hang up when they don’t know what to say . I have had to hire a lawyer because they will not end the contract even though its withing their rules and germany’s laws. TOTAL SCAM!!!! BE AWARE
