I already paid three month fee, but i only allowed to use my data for 2 weeks. I have been trying to get their support for reactivating my data. I paid my fees, asked for support, they are very ignorant specially if you don't speak German. some times i found them very incompetent. Finally i gave up after paying the last fee and not getting the data. this is how they make money, similar to street gangster.

Very quick and Easy Process of Ordering the mobile. The phone numbers can be improved. I did not like the number that was allotted to me.
My husband, who holds a valid 10-year residence permit, has clean SCHUFA credit, and is fully documented with a German bank account and registration, was denied a contract by freenet. This decision feels arbitrary and discriminatory, as there was no valid explanation provided. It’s concerning to suspect that racial bias may have played a role, as it’s hard to imagine an EU citizen in the same position being treated this way. Companies need to do better in ensuring fairness and equality for all customers. This experience has been frustrating, and I hope freenet reexamines its practices and policies

Today November 25th 2024, my wife and I visited freenet Mobilfunk at Fuhlsbüttler Str. 124, 22305 Hamburg, to resolve an issue with a SIM card we had purchased from the company. Unfortunately, the experience was deeply frustrating and disappointing.
When we explained the problem, the person at the counter immediately asked where we had originally set up the contract. We mentioned it was at a MediaMarkt. His response shocked us: "Go back there. Why are you here? They are getting your money, not me. Why should I serve you with that?" He then went on to say, "If you give me 20 euros, I will help you; if not, just go back to your place."
We had already traveled a long way to get to this shop, hoping for assistance, and this unprofessional and dismissive behavior left us both feeling demeaned and frustrated. While we understand that certain policies might restrict services to specific locations, the situation could have been handled far better. The staff member’s tone and attitude were entirely unnecessary and left a very negative impression of both the shop and the company.
We expected much better from freenet Mobilfunk, and this experience has made us seriously reconsider using their services in the future.

Ich habe ein 25-GB-Flatrate-Internetpaket mit EU-Roaming abonniert und meine Bankdaten wie gefordert angegeben. Allerdings wurde mein Roaming-Dienst für die ersten zwei Monate blockiert, mit der Erklärung, dass er erst nach zwei Zahlungen verfügbar ist – was im Vertrag nie erwähnt wurde. Diese mangelnde Transparenz ist frustrierend, da der Vertrag mir den Zugriff auf alle Dienste ab dem ersten Tag garantiert. Kunden erwarten vollen Zugang zu den abonnierten Diensten, daher sollten etwaige Einschränkungen klar im Voraus angegeben werden.
I subscribed to a 25 GB flat-rate internet plan with EU roaming, providing my bank details as requested. However, my roaming service has been blocked for the first two months, with the explanation that it’s only available after two payments—something never mentioned in the contract. This lack of transparency is frustrating, as the contract entitles me to access all services from day one. Customers expect full access to subscribed services, so any limitations should be clearly stated upfront.
