Most folks hate going into a dealership…
Most folks hate going into a dealership to buy a new car. It’s almost as painful as moving! Well, for any of you that are thinking of buying a new Toyota, forget the hate and pain and drive over to Freeman Toyota. Just drop by and chat with these folks. Sure there is negotiating, but don’t go in blind. Do your research and get your finances in order before you go. (That’s for anything you buy!) I got a great deal on a 2020 4Runner. There was no pressure for me...they were just friendly folks who provided great service. From the sales guy Brian and the sales manager Jerry, to Devin in finance, I felt welcomed and at ease.
The process was fast and well executed. There were no hidden traps, just open honesty. I was constantly kept informed of my order. And sure dealerships need to make a profit and heck they are in the business to sell cars! But, during this process, I didn’t feel like a cog in a money making machine...I felt good buying a solid vehicle and at a fair price.
Take a look at other dealerships, but don’t overlook these folks. I was told of a lady who recently passed who bought all her cars from Freeman... for over 70 years. They honored her at the dealership with her family and friends later after she passed. That’s something we don’t see at hardly any car dealer...truly caring about their customers.
Thanks,
JB
