Booked a guided tour on E-bike last day of our vacation. When we arrived at the spot, 30 min before start as we were told, no guide was there. I called for 20 min before I reached a person telling me they have send email and called me several times and their system was down and the telepone didn't work. I had recieved no sms, no emails and no phonecalls. After driving more than one hour to the meeting point it is just totally unacceptable. After arguing, I got 20% discount on next trip. 1) I would never used them again 2) last day of vacation = Discount is of zero value for us. I heard three different stories why they didn't manage to have the guiding. I would never use this service again, ruined one of our few days on holiday!

I had booked a tour online. I received multiple WhatsApp messages where we discussed the details and changed the time of the boat trip because the booking was for the next day. When everything was clear, I received an email confirmation. I then notified all my guests, who then blocked the day and time. One hour later, I received an email canceling my reservation, without further explanation, other than that the guide canceled. Now, no one answers the phone nor further WhatsApp messages. This company cannot be trusted to carry out a reservation. Be VERY careful when booking with them. They were very quick to book my credit card though! According to them, the money will be refunded in the upcoming days. VERY disappointed in this way of doing business!!

UPDATE!!! I have been contacted by the agency, who were very concerned about my case. I received an apology and offered a discount for the future. I will definitely give them another chance, since all my other bookings with them had no problems whatsoever. As a matter of fact, all my other bookings were perfect! Thank you Freedome!

Ci inviano nella mail di conferma il punto d'incontro per l'esperienza, è quello sbagliato! Ce ne accorgiamo una volta arrivati lì non vedendo nessuno. Chiamiamo la guida (perché il call center di Freedome era chiuso), ci dice che il punto di ritrovo giusto era a 45 minuti di distanza in auto! Stress, spese aggiuntive in parcheggio e carburante, e più di un'ora di esperienza persa (un grazie alla guida che almeno ci ha aspettati). Risultato? Cento chiamate e nemmeno un rimborso parziale, anzi, veniamo derisi. Inventano che siamo stati contattati giorni prima dell'errore, affermazione totalmente falsa (ho controllato sia il telefono sia la mail nello spam). In più l'errore, che era presente anche nella pagina di presentazione dell'esperienza, guarda caso viene corretto solo dopo il nostro reclamo. Ho screenshot che provano tutto. Un consiglio, non prenotate con loro!

The meeting point provided in the confirmation email was the wrong one! We realized it only once we got there, as there was nobody waiting with us. We called the guide (since Freedome’s call center was closed) and he gave us the correct meeting point: 45 minutes far by car! We felt a lot of stress, spent additional money for gas and parking, and eventually we started the experience more than an hour late (only thanks to the guide that waited for us). In the end, after many many calls, we didn’t even get a partial refund, on the contrary, they tried to fool us. They made up that they gave us the correct meeting point days before the experience, which is a falsehood (I checked both my phone and email in junk folder). Moreover, the mistake was also present in the experience presentation webpage, and they corrected it only after our complaint. I have screenshots proving this. Please do a favour to yourself, don’t book with them!

After having paid the flight we were contacted to reschedule the flight. So far so good. Once arrived to the airfield after driving 1:40h, there was no possibility to wait in the shade or sit and the pilot appeared 30mins late. We were not notified and contacted the assistant via WhatsApp asking for him. The worst: When we met him he could not fly us together. He had no plane available with 2 seats for the guests. He admitted that we should have been told upfront, and that he had just in the morning the same problem. On top he said that for the reimbursement he can't help. We have to deal with Freedome. So far, we did not receive any answer from Freedome.

Our guide, Alessandro, was fantastic, very friendly and professional, and provided great instruction for the new kayakers in the group. The kayak itself and other and equipment was also much better than I’ve had on other tours. The trip was absolutely beautiful around the undeveloped section of Ischia. Afterwards lunch and drinks at Rena beach club and relaxing on Maronti beach was lots of fun. Would definitely recommend it for anyone visiting Ischia who wants to get out on the water.

The entire booking process and communication process went smoothly and without stress. I would recommend Freedome for their great service and reliability regarding our booking of a boat cruise in Sardinia. Thank you!

Communication and process went as expected. Phone calls and confirmations were send mostly during late evening and weekends, out my office hours. Otherwise the process is fast and well provided.

I somehow managed to book the incorrect date and time, and I wrote an email explaining what had happened. My issue was resolved in minutes!!

I had a wonderful 2-hours ride in the nature through the beautiful vineyards of Piemonte. 100% recommendable. The horses are in very good shape, well groomed and the people at the stable extremely welcoming and helpful.

We booked a canyoning tour on 18/8 for 7 People. The Company called US to tell us it was not possible on that date due to bad weather and asked if we wanted to reschedule to another date. So ofcourse we reschedule to the next available date which is monday 22/08. They mail us to confirm all is in order with our ordernumber etc and the booking is confirmed. On the day of the canyoning trip we text them if everything is still OK and if the adress they gave us is the right one and if the booking information is correct. They text Back saying everything is OK. We arrive at the location only for them to Tell us (this is a different Company than the booking Company and they have no fault in this ) they did not receive a booking and there is no guide or tour for us available. We try to call freedome but they go straight to voicemail which is really poort costumerservice. We drove 1h40min for nothing. I expect us to receive compension for their poor handling of our affairs.

I have tried several vpns and Freedome is the smoothest most elegant and powerful solution in my book. I have had not even a hint of a problem with interoperability or being unable to access websites or exhibiting anything remotely like anomalous behaviour- it just works in the background and you do not need to get "involved". Some other vpn providers (won’t mention names) seem to offer "not quite 100%" developed products. So for me - its Freedome. Its boringly reliable.
