Compromise and a happy customer
Unfortunately, my health has taken a turn for the worse. I contacted Freedom Destinations to discuss the options available for myself and the company. After a few phone calls, we came to an amicable agreement and arranged a far less strenuous holiday. All of this was done on day 1! Now I have a more stress free holiday to look forward to. Well done Nicola and Caroline, a credit to Freedom Destinations

First class experience from initial contact through to booking confirmation.
Charlie, the agent I dealt with throughout the process was outstanding. He initially showed an in-depth knowledge and then provided a full itinerary of the trip we had discussed. Once confirmed, full details of my trip were provided in a timely manner.
I found the personal touch so reassuring and any questions I asked were answered in a detailed manner.
