staff listened to what we wanted for our holiday and they met our every request and gave us even more ideas and better solutions for our needs. The result is we have an absolute dream holiday booked and it has been at an exceptionally decent price! I have checked other company prices and they do not compare. You are given peace of mind and you have faith in FD just through the way you are listened to, assisted, advised and through the professional service you receive. From an initial enquiry, a tailor made holiday is their specialty. We changed our destination partway through the booking and payment process, this was no trouble and we were kept informed throughout the whole process. The staff are knowledgeable, professional and respond to queries quickly and efficiently.
All the hotel and other bookings were seamless, no issues in any resort
