Ordered 6+ weeks ago. Been a month since last update. no responses from customer service. I will be filing for a refund from my bank. I was really looking forward to the products after reading good reviews, but I would recommend ordering elsewhere.

Don’t waste your money with their products. This is a scam. They take your money, refuse to provide any tracking information and completely ignore all “customer service” requests. I’ve sent a complaint through their website, and two emails over the course of the last week and haven’t heard a single thing back.

Save your time and money, and if you’ve made the mistake of purchasing something already, do yourself a favor and call your bank to reverse the charge because you won’t get what you paid for regardless.

It's been over 2 weeks, not even a tracking number yet. No response to emailed questions about the order. I just emailed to cancel the order and probably won't get a reply on that either.

Oblivion - Don’t bother, threw in the bin, total waste of money!!
Not tight enough, not deep enough, hard rubber. Tried once, couldn’t bring myself to try again even thou it cost £45.
The company is good and they sell good female products… don’t bother with their male lead line 😅

No response from company. No product. Ridiculous. I didn’t know till reading reviews it was coming from China. I wouldn’t have bought it.

I ordered 3 weeks ago still no package, no tracking link, no nothing! I emailed them and wrote them on instagram and still no response. They stole my money with no intention on mailing what I bought from them! Scam scam scam

Great products and incredible results. Possibly the most sketchy delivery service ever, package took forever to get here weeks and weeks. But they were responsive and gave me a tracking so that I could watch lack of progress daily. Product was great but overall customer experience and customer service needs improvement.

It took ages to arrive but i understand that in the current climate. However the product definitely does NOT meet expectations or any where close to what some of these reviews say. Dont recommend. Don't get your hopes up. It is a "cheap " price because the product is cheap quality. You get what you pay for.

I still haven’t received anything, and the tracking number doesn’t work

I contacted the company after not being satisfied with the product which was actually painful to use. They had a 30 day money back guarantee but this doesn't apply if you've used the product... how can you guarantee 100% satisfaction if you can't use the product?! They said they will accept a return on this occasion provided I pay postage. To China. £17 for a £50 item! Sent off anyway and over 2 months later no refund despite contacting "clara" numerous times to chase. Have had to raise a dispute with my bank and name the item bought on the form which is quite embarrassing! Don't buy from this company.
