Let's clarify what you mean by this serious violation. I provided proof of identity, and I'm verified here as a real person. I didn't use a VPN, and I have frozen funds that won't be released. I also refused to pay the large rewards despite an employee's confession. I challenge you to deny what I'm saying now. Your words are just a smokescreen.My funds were frozen even though I wanted to close the account due to a dispute over the theft of my major bonus. I provided proof of identity, but the account remains suspended because of the employees' arrogant behavior.
