This is a great idea but i have wasted a yearly subscription.. It does what it wants to and you reach out to support they will say it created successfully so not their problem

I paid $24.99 for a Pro subscription, but the service is completely broken. My video generation failed and then got stuck for over 4 hours with absolutely zero results. When I contacted support for a refund because the platform was non-functional, they ignored my issue completely and just sent an automated bot reply on how to cancel auto-renew. They take your money, provide no working service, and refuse to refund. This is a scam. I am warning others and filing a chargeback with my bank immediately. Avoid freebeat.ai at all costs.

SCAM! Huuuge issue with their lack of customer service when I tried to cancel. When the log in portal failed and I couldn't unsubscribe, no-one was available... which leads me to believe they're simply content to let the subs roll in without recourse. Appalling.

I am very disappointed with Freebeat. The platform is expensive, and unfortunately the AI makes many serious mistakes. When something goes wrong, you lose your credits and you do not get them back. That means you are paying again and again for results that fail.

For example, I tried to create a video about the birth of Jesus in a stable. Instead, the AI generated a scene where something next to baby Jesus was on fire. The entire video was ruined, and I lost around 19–20 euros just for that one failed attempt. There was no refund of credits.

In other songs I made, the AI randomly made Mary and Jesus start singing in strange or incorrect ways, which completely destroyed the meaning of my faith-based content. I create Christian songs, and the results often feel careless and inaccurate.

On top of that, customer support responds very slowly. When you are spending money and credits quickly, slow support makes it even more frustrating.

Because of the high costs, frequent AI errors, lost credits, and slow responses, I cannot recommend this platform to others. I have lost a significant amount of money on videos that completely failed, and I am honestly not happy with the experience.

I created four videos with this program.I entered in different prompts and still ended up with the same video twice. I gave it specifics on what not to do like change race, age,Ethnicity, or hair, and it still did all of the above. It is one of the lowest quality that I have used. I would recommend using a different ai. They don't provide any refunds for anything, you're paying for garbage, and that's what you will get, you will be disappointed.

Freebeat ai is a scam with bad customer service, avoid them all together. They do not deliver what they promise. Then customer service has every box take to make sure they don’t have to give you a refund.

At first, FreeBeat.Ai seemed great. Then it wasnt.

I had an issue where a sing refused to render. It kept messing up, stopping and starting, and that made a mess of the project.

I ended this and started a new project, which told ne it would cost X amount of credits.

After taking thise credits and finishing halfway, it demanded MORE.

I reported this to customer service but they dont help.

Dont use. You'll end up regretting it.

Just spent 3000 credits over multiple prompts to try get it to generate what I had prompted it to. It just doesn't follow what's asked often mixing genres, comic and realistic. All in all the outputs are bizarre at best. I paid upfront for a year and now feel let down by the hype.

Paid for basic membership to see if I liked it. Made 1 video. They then locked me out of my account for no reason. I emailed them to sort out the issue, they ignored it. They decided to take another payment and keep me locked out of my account. I've now cancelled the subscription

I’m a content creator who used freebeat.ai while trying to generate a simple, usable music video for an original track.

I want to be clear upfront: a video file was generated. However, the issue is not whether a file exists, it is whether the service delivers what is advertised.

freebeat.ai promotes itself as an AI music video generator that produces beat-synced, creator-ready videos automatically, with improved quality available through paid and advanced options. Based on my experience, the output did not meet those advertised expectations.

I made multiple paid attempts in good faith, spending a total of €48.76 (≈ $58.45 USD) across three transactions, including use of the advanced tier. Despite providing full prompts and lyrics and waiting nearly two hours per generation, the results contained severe visual defects, incoherent scenes, facial distortions, disappearing objects, and footage that was not usable as a music video. The visuals did not meaningfully sync with the music or lyrics.

The end result was content that could not reasonably be used or uploaded as a music video without scrapping it entirely or rebuilding it elsewhere. This represents a significant gap between how the service is marketed and what is actually delivered.

I initially reached out in frustration, which I acknowledge, but I followed up professionally and requested a refund on the basis that the service was not fit for purpose or aligned with its advertising. I also temporarily removed my review while engaging directly with support in an attempt to resolve the issue fairly.

I am sharing this experience so other creators can make an informed decision before spending their money.

I received several invitations from Freebeat.ai offering me a free Pro membership. However, despite replying multiple times to their emails, I never received any response. It now seems they are only interested in paid subscriptions.

Its a lie and scamers. I payed for pro plan spent 4000 credits on 1 video it was only errors payed again gott 2000 more credits tested new video same shit again. So 6000 credits nothing to show for. And customur service docent answear neither on mail or disscord. So i warn all dont pay for it. It could be good but it aint.

It makes videos but it was a total chaotic mess . I only think it was good for is abstract videos with out lip sync.. if that what youre looking for. With lip sync it went way of the vocals and everything was unatrual a decent lips sync video is Nerual Frames . But i had hoped this would have been better

TOTAL GARBAGE. Numerous times i was told that my video project had "disappeared into the ether" my credits disappeared too, leaving me $200 out of pocket and nothing to show for it. The "contact" link doesn't work so you can't complain to anyone. Save your time and money and don't be suckered in like i was.

Even when you describe the storyline and the lyrics describe what the story is about, it doesn't follow correctly! Sloppy tears and poor lipsync technics. Cost to much to have this kind of issue.
Also freezes up frequently and needs to be refreshed often.

Use it as log as you can do it free. Because if you pay with the smallest plan with the credits obtained you can barely generate a short clip which could be done with errors. And you will be charged every week and the credits will expire the following week. I don't recommend to use as a begginer.
