Poor service

Having had freeair install my air conditioning they were amazing, helpful staff, great showroom and fantastic install. After that we used them for servicing, to be fair every time something went wrong they did try to fix it until this year where they have decided to ghost me on servicing dates (despite offering me service dates) whilst we accept mistakes can happen and the company did always rectify them at their cost, these mistakes were yearly and then to just stop speaking to us isn’t great. Personally I would avoid
