Feel like I got scammed

I was in a hurry and looked reviews only from .com domain of the company, did not look for the .de . Those have significantly lower rating, unfortunately.

For 60 euro I got a nice box with very few flowers those does not match the beautiful bouquet on the web picture

my loved one was dissapointed with it, however the delivery was made in time so it is plus star

I will never order from this web site again

Really disappointing

Really disappointing. For 55 EUR they delivered 12-15 single flowers incl. deco. Just as they are in a box. No water, nothing. No arranged Bouquet, just simple flowers which have been nearly dead. Sorry guys, that is not OK.

Flowers were very poor sent a…

Flowers were very poor sent a photograph received a reply agreeing and were going to send a replacement. That was Tuesday. Sent further emails and received the automated reply which didn’t answer my question. Telephoned Freddie flowers this morning and nothing had been done excuse volume of work. Now a replacement is due Sunday

Shockingly dry and damaged flowers were…

Shockingly dry and damaged flowers were delivered to my poorly wife for an incredibly high price... The company haven't replied to my email in the past twenty four hours asking for this to be made right. The whole thing is disappointing at the least.

Good so far and quick customer service response

So far so good. I got a subscription for my husband as a gift and the flowers have come once a month and have been unique and interesting looking and the arrangements are nice. The flowers also last quite long - at least week and sometimes more. I bought the garden shears as well and they work great! Also, i contacted customer service about shifting the subscription by one month since we were going to be on an extended vacation and I didn't want my husband to miss one of the months of flowers - and I received an email back within 24 hours confirming that they shifted the remaining deliveries all by one month and that it wasn't a problem. So far we have gotten flowers in December and January

poor customer service

The flowers in the winter were ok. However, the delivery doesn't work in summer, the flowers were all dead after 4 days. I had cancelled the deliveries on the calendar for the weeks after but I still received the message that my flowers are on the way.. My changes in the calendar were not there any more. Immediately contacted the customer service telling them it's a mistake on their website and I didn't order the flowers. After 3 emails still no reply from the customer service - so poor!
