I placed my order a few days ago and forgot to add the bicep attachment. As many of us know, shipping to Hawaii isn’t cheap. I reached out to ask if it could be added, and not only did they respond quickly, but they’re also shipping it to Hawaii free of charge and even including the sit-up attachment as well.

I had a very positive experience with Freak Athlete’s customer support.
During the assembly of my Leg Developer attachment, I discovered that several hardware parts were missing, which prevented me from completing the installation. I contacted support with detailed photos and explanations, and their team responded quickly and professionally.
They acknowledged the issue immediately and arranged for a full replacement hardware pack to be shipped to me, even though it had to come from their US warehouse. Communication was clear, helpful, and reassuring throughout the process.
They also took the time to clarify my questions about extra parts included with the equipment, which turned out to belong to other attachments.
Mistakes can happen, but what really matters is how a company handles them — and in this case, the support was excellent. I’m very satisfied with how the situation was resolved.

A very mixed experience. Ordered in December, delayed delivery, then arrived in 2 separate boxes on 2 separate days in February. All the online notes and assembly instructions say it is “largely assembled”, “arrives in one box” and “takes less than 15 to assemble”. It did not. It need complete assembly, which took a good 90 minutes (after I contacted them and they sent the “2 box assembly instructions” which are not on their website). so beware if that concerns you. As for the bench itself, having put it together, it is very good quality.
