Called into customer service and Lori took my call. She was the best at walking me through the process of ordering a new engine. She was also great at explaining every single step as we went along. They were extremely helpful and knowledgeable about what the process was for replacing my wife’s engine. Ordering was easy and efficient. It really took the whole mental load on me clean off. Would recommend them for anyone needing a new engine or transmission.

Fraser engines was easy to work with and very concerned about every detail. Their support staff is awesome.

They originally upset me with hanging up 3 times but the lady that reached out to me more than made up for it. The engine has not arrived yet so I can't review that but the customer service definitely redeemed themselves.

The customer service

I called to inquire about an engine i saw listed on their website, send my questions through an automated messaging system. I got a response stating to call them to provide more details, so I do. Salesman answers, allows me to speak 4 words before I get an unprotected hold, followed by him hanging up the phone. I decided to text the automated number to state just that, which they ACTUALLY replied, "lol".
Pretty wild for a first experience. Completely unprofessional service.
Besides all these clearly bogus reviews posted to offset their review rating, if you look deep enough, you'll see this is a common occurrence and its bewildering to see the detailed responses from the company trying to justify their employees blatant disrespect towards customers. Its a complete waste of resources putting out fires for something as trivial a potential client calling in (as per instruction from your automated messaging system) to inquire about a product you are selling.
I get it, I called 30 minutes before closing so the sales rep probably didn't "feel like it". I would've appreciated it so much more if he just leveled with me and said, its been a long day, we're close to closing. You mind calling back tomorrow when we will have more time to better assist you?
But here i am, being treated like a joke.

They were excellent and extremely helpful with getting the quotes I needed on the specific engine I'm looking for.
