Disappointed
Well, they are a good company but I recently had a very bad experience with them. Word of caution to all who have accounts: if you miss payments, not with 1st Franklin, but with other accounts you may have, and ask for help from them, you will get turned down. Apparently paying on time with them doesn't mean much. They are more interested in how you pay others. That was my experience. My family and I were in dire straights and we went to them for help. Because I was late on a few of my credit cards, they said they couldn't help me. Even though I was never without paying them. And truth be told, i couldn't pay my cards and pay them so i chose to pay 1st Franklin. I made the wrong choice i think. It was an embarrassing experience. When my account is paid in full I shall not be getting another loan from them. I sincerely thought I could count on them like they could me but I was wrong. Very disheartening.

Very satisfied with my experience
Very satisfied with my experience. The staff were very helpful and friendly. They went above and beyond to make my first experience doing business with them a very positive and memorable one. Would definitely recommend family and friends and pretty much anyone looking for a positive banking experience. Also shout out to Chadd Stewart Branch manager at 1st Franklin Financial in Denham Springs, LA for helping me and making such a great experience.

Excellent staff..professional yet warm and friendly. It isn't easy asking for a loan having been very financially independent most of my life..they made it a very pleasant experience. East Gadsden Al office...you ladies rock.
