We used to go very often to Frankies in Frederiksberg and it was super cozy, kids friendly and very kind staff. The pizza also improved along the time in the past years.
We went yesterday after some time, and it was impossible to talk to people at your table as it was very loud. The music volume was definitely too high. It was not like this before and I am not sure that I will go again when I want to spend an evening with my friends or family to enjoy some nice time and talking to each other. What a pity! I love music and I don't mind some music in the background.
Also, pizza yesterday was good but the mozzarella before was better.

I actually like their pizza but when you order take away their website says 15-20 minutes but as soon as you’ve paid it changes to 35-45 minutes.

Absolutely horrible experience, even for free I would not want to be part of this. Unfortunately I had destroyed friday and I had to pay for this 400 dkk.

We went to Frankies pizza in Norreport. We paid for 2 hours experience - we got:

- dirty water glasses that were not washed
- Wrong drinks that we didn't order
- Absolutely horrible coctails that I did not even touch
- Warm white wine that was not cooled down
- First pizza for 3 people arrived after 40 min !! I highlight we had 2 hours experience for 3 people we were super hungry
- half of pizza was empty dought as the sause was just in the center with 10-12 cm dry dough.
- They mixed up the pizzas we want to eat so after 40 min they brough pizza with meat that we DO NOT EAT!!!
- We waited 50 (!!) minutes for red wine
- they did not indicate that majority of wine and coctails in the menu are not included.

I want my money back!!! I got food i was forced to eat, too late, with dirty glasses and did not drink any of alcohol provided as i was not interested in the house menu which is total crap.

Pizza was okay, little pricy for what you get. The restaurant’s interior felt cheap and far from thought through. We found a spelling mistake on the menu and I believe we could have spent our money better. Working in hospitality myself I think there could be big improvements made in terms of service. Our waitress was very sweet and a truly kind person but I must say the staff seemed confused and stressed by only a few guests in the restaurant.

Pizza? Fantastisk. Drikkevarer? Geniale. Betjening? Et ord: Mathias. Fantastisk service tak for en god middag!

When Frankies first started they had good pizza. Now the pizza's are half the size and a complete rip off. As I hate being ripped off I raised it with head office. They couldn't care less and just told me to come again. They say it was my fault for not raising this with the staff at the time despite we had two very small children. This is a very bad company they just wants to rip ppl off. They couldn't care less. Also all their dough is made offsite... this was confirmed via email. Head office is awful.... WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN

The head office (they always want you email the head office) said how surprised we were that we though the pizza quality had dropped. However if you read the reviews below, which Frankies has responded to, they are all saying the same thing. Staff a rude and rubbish and the pizza's have dropped in quality to now be a rip off. Frankies know full well they are now ripping people off. Given the bad reviews it wont be long before they are bust. I will certainly be telling everyone to stay away.

We had very unpleasant experience with the staff. We were with small baby, baby was happy and smile laud then staff told us if baby will continue to smile laud then we have to leave the inside restaurant and go outside. This is first no kids friendly restaurant in whole world.

God mad men 150kr for en normal pizza er måske lige i overkanten så finder jeg heller et andet sted

Just out of curiosity! Do you guys promote bad behaviour among your staff? Always terrible attitude & service !

Frankies Strøget has the most terrible staff I have ever seen in my life. At 9PM don’t expect you be given a seat even though the restaurant is open until 11PM and half of the tables are empty, unless you are a friend of one of the staff member. Then they will gladly welcome you, and sit down with you to chat during working hours. Corrupt, exploited business. Not to mention the burned pizzas you get served, but by looking at the reviews on Trustpilot it seems like I am not the only one having these experiences. I won’t support this business in the future with a penny.
