Delivery is shocking

Never again would I buy from them. You would think that a well known company like Frank Green would use Aus post or a good carrier but instead they use some random carrier which now at this point in time has not deliver my order and its been close to over a month. And customer service is non existent! It such a shame because it like now they doing well they just forget about customers and what make customer buy their products

Wanted a leak proof cup - it leaks. But I can't (yet) get a refund

Wanted a leak proof cup. The cup leaks. But this is not the reason for my low review. The customer service is terrible. You are expected to wait at least 5 days between every communication and I'm currently running at over 2 weeks trying to get a return. I'm my first email, I trusted a return and this has still not been acknowledged. It's beautiful to look at, but it leaks, and customer service is terrible.

Awful customer service AVOID !!!

Bottle arrived with a faulty monogram, these things happen , but what doesn’t happen at FG is any customer service, All bottles are delivered from down under for a start and although it’s only 12 hrs ahead it takes 7 days if your lucky to get a response by email and that’s just a holding one , 3 weeks and nothing has been done about my daughters Christmas present , so it’s chargeback time with visa , just don’t bother highly expensive but without any customer support it’s a lottery !!

Flimsy bottles - don’t waste your money

I was holding my frank green bottle by it’s strap and the flimsy plastic broke and my bottle fell to the ground. I’d only owned the bottle for a few weeks. Frank Green customer service say not to worry because I can buy a new lid (which would probably just break again). There is no warranty. People like these bottles because they’re expensive and popular. They’re really not functional at all.

Soft mouthpieces on flip lids prone to damage

Bought a frank green 1 litre bottle with a flip lid, mouth piece broke on first within 2 months, so ordered another because I assumed it was due to wrong cleaning method or just personal fault, however 2nd one stopped sucking up water like the first one 2 months after replacing. Going to try the straw lid next and hope that it’s more durable.

Frank Green 'don't offer refunds or exchanges' on their cups!

I ordered a cup from Frank Green and realised when it arrived that I'd ordered 230ml size instead of 295ml size. Inadvertent, but a mistake it's easy to make, because they're the same price for some reason! Anyway, I requested an exchange - or refund - so I could get the size my daughter requested (a Christmas present) - and they said 'No, we don't do refunds'. I would be happy to pay postage - but they point blank refused to refund or exchange. This seems enitrely unreasonable and not in line with consumer law in the UK, which stipulates protectioin (in form of refund) for online products that the customer hasn't seen in reality. Not happy at all when I've paid £25.99 for a very tiny cup.

Poor quality and they know it

Dreadful company. The bottle stops working after a few weeks. Reported faulty bottle under their warranty (that they describe on their website). They sent me a video how to disassemble the lid and try to assemble it to fix it again. Absolutely ridiculous that you need to take it apart and reassemble regularly, for this price. Obviously a common problem if they have gone through the process of making a video to fix it! They then asked me to film myself disassembling and reassembling the lid to be able to point out where I'm going wrong.

It's ridiculous to pay that much for a bottle, then have to rebuild it yourself and then be offered a course on how to rebuild it yourself! Honestly just buy a reasonably priced water bottle and save yourself the time.

Flashy marketing, awful product.

I really can’t understand how such a bad product can be sold as such a high price.
I am always willing to pay more and own quality items but this is not the case with Frank Green.
You will get an ordinary metal mug, poorly painted and with a bad design.
The push button lid will only work occasionally. The mug is not stable at all due to its thinner base and lack of softer material on its underside.
Because of that, the paint will peel off where the base is touching the sitting surface.
The mug it is not completely pained and the metal can be seen at the top edge.
After a couple of uses the mug has a bad smell and the content will end tasting weird.
Also, the isolation is one of the poorest I’ve ever encountered.
Very unhappy and deceived.

Bottle top faulty

Bottle top faulty. It leaks and we can't drink out of it - just air comes through. Second top we need changing, I would expect much better for the price.
I am yet to receive an answer for my warranty claim.
It has been 3 weeks now and my daughter is going each day to school with a leaky bottle that she saved pocket money for (to buy such an expensive piece of crap).
Frank Green is making millions from our tweens and teens with a product that just does not deliver.
5 days guaranteed response?
I am very disappointed and unhappy with your product and customer service.

Ordered a replacement lid 3 months ago

Ordered a replacement lid 3 months ago, the lid is no longer sucking, I assumed no drama they have a 12 month warranty reached out to frank green who asked for a picture of the lid, I provided this they then wanted a video of me sucking I said no as seen no value in doing this they then asked again so they could hear the noise - this request is ridiculous as it makes no noise it’s literally not sucking this all seems like delay methods like seriously just replace the lid or don’t advertise a 12 month warranty.

Frank green if you want to resolve the issue you can contact me or even better save everyone the time and just replace the faulty item - I provided an address with my original email re the fault.

Ordered for my daughter's 13th…

Ordered for my daughter's 13th birthday, took ages to arrive in New Zealand and when it did it was dented. Emailed frank green to be told because I hadn't told them within 7 days they will not replace or refund. Ummmm I had kept it in box until it was time for my daughter's birthday and Emailed as soon as it was opened complete with a photo of said dent. For something so expensive I honestly expected more! Will tell everyone not to buy! Very disappointed 13 year old 😪update: Frank green have now replaced the bottle and provided very nice response. Thank you frank green!! Much appreciated 😊

Get yourself one and you'll not regret

Finally did myself a huge favour by getting one last week. Yes it's a tad expensive but keep reading...
My friend asked if I need such fancy bottle.
I said don't know.
She asked if my ice cold water gonna keep cold, I replied probably no.
The bottle was in the car under hot sun for 1 whole arvo.
I thought I'd be drinking hot water when I returned from my walk the next day.
And there it was, the ice cubes were still not melted!!! No hot water🤣
No more hot water in hot weather!
Do yourself a favour and be one of us!!!!

This company is not reliable - bottles artived scratched and with black mark

This company is not reliable. The 2 bottles I ordered(gift pack) arrived scratched amd 1 had a black mark. I emaiked them and their response was to use a magic eraser, a thumb rub and warm wash, which I did but it os civered under a 12 month warranty and they should be replaced or refunded as they arrived like that but sent 3 more emails and no rssponse. DO NOT NUY BOTTLES FROM FRANK GREEN. There are much better ones at the same price, quality wise as well.

Unfortunately, very disappointing

Unfortunately I have been very disappointed with my reusable coffee cup. I don't understand why it has been made with so many parts to put back together every time I wash it. It has SEVEN small pieces to construct.
Small parts are very hard to clean...
I have carple tunnel and find it extremely difficult to put together.
Over time the push button has become tacky and takes a few goes to click up and down.
I don't recommend buying this cup...frank green really need to come up with a much better design.

Their values are only marketing

Sadly, my thermos fell 1 only time after 2 years of having it, and the bottom part came totally apart! My husband’s have the exact same one and has fell many times, and hasn’t fell apart. So obviously my has a manufacturer issue. Well, because it’s out of warranty, the company told me that I can purchase a new one, or superglue my bottle back. The sad part of this, is that the principals and values that the company claims, are not shown once a defect it’s visible. I understand the warranty policy however, if is a manufacturer issues, that should have been dealt with a different view. just sharing my experience hoping that it can be useful for someone.

not fit for purpose

I’d strongly recommend not purchasing their dog collars. We brought 2, one for each of our dogs. They wear them only out on a walk and spend the majority of walk off leash, yet after 6 months, one collar has broken and the other is coming apart
I’ve written to them twice, followed up, not even so much as an apology

Worst quality water bottle out there

Have purchased multiple of these bottles for my teenage girls since Xmas '22 and had nothing but problems with broken lids, leaking and straps breaking. For the cost the quality is terrible, buy a Yeti or Hydroflask and it will last 5 times longer without the drama.

Poor quality bottle

Poor quality bottle. I’ve been using frank green for over a year now, and I’ve had a couple of problems with the lids and leaking. The first one I had was still in the year warranty when it started leaving really bad, so I bought a new lid but didn’t bother with the replacement warranty one. The new soft top flip lid and that lasted a whole 4 weeks before it started leaking like crazy and the straw stopped working (didn’t drop it with the new lid). I’m very disappointed since in my eyes it is pretty expensive for a drink bottle and if I’m going to spend that much I expect it to be good quality and last more than a year. Not only the kids hardly working but the bottle strap is barely functional since you can’t hold the bottle with only that you have ti carry this thing around under your are which in my case usual ends up with it on the floor.
