Love the products but when you shipped…
Love the products but when you shipped it to Norway I got changed another 473kr in taxes. Maybe make that clear on your website before an order is placed.

I understand the frustration you feel for having paid more tax than you should. But it is a misunderstanding, and you have not paid taxes twice. We don’t charge any taxes for products sent out of EU. The receiving country charges their own taxes, in this case 25% VAT in Norway. For example, squirrel fabric book price on the webshop is indicated as 29,50 EUR, which includes the 25% VAT in Denmark. But a customer in Norway pays only the price without VAT, in this case 23,60 EUR.
We have actually found out that Norwegian customers can use the import calculator website: https://www.toll.no/no/verktoy/importkalkulator/ to estimate how much taxes they will be charged. We hope this will be of help.
