Left my kindle on the aircraft. 2 days later Air France worked out it was mine, contacted my travel agent in Cape Town who emailed me.
I had given up! This restores my faith in humanity.

Very grateful to have found my bag intact and with all the contents inside. However two different locations were indicated for pick up resulting in confusion and additional time driving around in order to find it.

I lost my Samsung tablet at Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport and genuinely thought I would never see it again.

Air France / France Objets Trouvés found my tablet, matched it to my lost-property report, and arranged everything incredibly quickly. I paid around £51 including the return delivery, and shortly afterwards I received confirmation that my tablet had already been shipped back to me by Chronopost.

The whole process was straightforward, efficient and much quicker than I expected. Losing an expensive device abroad is extremely stressful, so finding out that it had been found and was already on its way back to me was such a relief.

A huge thank you to everyone involved for taking care of my property and getting it back to me so quickly. An excellent lost-property service and absolutely deserving of 5 stars.

We left a duty free package on an inbound flight to CDG. Air France found the package and kept it at the airport for us to pickup on the return. The AF agent was fabulous. He actually retrieved the package and brought it to us while we were waiting for our luggage. Absolutely fabulous.

I lost my iPad and spare phone leaving it in a security bin at CDG airport. France Lost and Found communicated with me regularly and were able to locate my missing items! I had them back in my possession within a day from Paris to Slovenia. Make sure to be detailed as possible on what the item is and where it was lost! Hope everyone gets their missing items back!

Registered our loss. It took a few weeks to match up the “black coat” detail with what was handed into the Lost & Found and we got an email. Simple instructions on how to make an appointment to pick it up at CDG. Pleasant staff at the airport took. Many thanks for getting the coat back to us!

Within a few days of my post-I received an email notification that my lost items were most likely found. The recovery process was straightforward. The shipping costs to the US were prohibitive...returning from the countryside to Paris was more cost effective. My purse- with all of its contents intact-were in my hands 10 minutes after arriving at the baggage center in terminal 2F.

I am greatly surprised by the efficiency, efficacy, and kindness of the people working here. I lost an important document on my way back home. I noticed it missing when boarding in Paris. In the airplane, I quickly filled the Objets Trouvés online form. The next day, they told me that my document have been found. Two days later, I have it back in my hands! So impressive. I was returning to Paris following a Family Funeral and managed to lose a wheeled bag. I registered the loss on the Airports website.

I was contacted by a wonderful man who checked that I was the owner of a bag that was handed in. When this was clarified I made an appointment to collect the bag from the Airport.

I was assisted at the Lost Luggage Area by a delightful Lady who was genuinely happy that I had recovered by bag.

I lost my wallet on a bus on Thursday night, registered it with France Objets Trouves and they found it and sent me clear details on how to pick it up on Friday morning! Excellent service! Thanks!

I had lost my wallet in the metro. I created an alert on their website and the following day the senti me and email saying they had found it and told me where to pick it up.

I forgot my Coach bag at Jardin du Luxembourg with my wallet, documents, bank cards and cash inside. I thought I would never see it again. A few days later I received a letter from the Préfecture de Police informing me that someone had turned it in. I asked for it to be shipped to Germany and when it arrived I was shocked!! Everything was still inside, even the cash. Huge thank you to the kind person who returned it and to the lost and found office for the smooth process. Truly restored my faith in humanity.

My bag was found within 24 hours and is currently being shipped. Easy online form - so chuffed to be getting my stuff back! Thank you OLY airport lost and found!
