Thank you for your public response. My concern does not relate to the Europe/France website, but to a United States purchase and the subsequent absence of any response to repeated outreach through Yves Delorme’s U.S. customer service channels, the New York store, and senior leadership.
Having received no acknowledgment through those avenues, I turned to Trustpilot simply in the hope of establishing contact.
Should you wish to assist, I would be grateful for the name or direct details of someone empowered to review the matter properly.

Despite additional time having passed since my last update, Yves Delorme has still offered no acknowledgment or reply of any kind.
In the interim, companies entirely unrelated to the matter have managed to respond with courtesy and professionalism, which only underscores the contrast.
As someone who once thought highly of the brand, I find this continued silence more disappointing than the original issue itself.

Since my original review, I have contacted Yves Delorme multiple times, including outreach to customer service, the New York store, and senior leadership.
To date, I have received no response whatsoever—not even an acknowledgment.
I would still welcome the opportunity to resolve this directly; however, there appears to be no effective mechanism within the company for doing so.

The towels arrived within a couple of days, individually wrapped. The color I choose is perfect, and the quality top as usual. One of the best brands on the market, these towels can last ages with proper washing and drying.
Will definitely buy again.

There has been no follow-up since my purchase. Granted, it was the holidays, but it’s been a while now and there is still no update on my order.
On December 14, I placed an order with Yves Delorme, explicitly selecting and paying for express delivery, despite the order qualifying for free shipping. The purchase was intended as a Christmas gift, and even standard delivery should reasonably have arrived on time within the EU, but I chose express delivery to be safe.
It quickly became clear that the order would not arrive before Christmas, at which point I contacted customer service. The response I received was: this is not our responsibility; the delay is the carrier’s fault.
This is where the experience truly failed.
My contractual relationship is with Yves Delorme, not the delivery company. I paid Yves Delorme for a clearly advertised express shipping service that was not delivered. Shifting responsibility to a subcontractor, offering no solution, no compensation, and no ownership of the issue is not acceptable and certainly not consistent with how a premium brand should operate.
I clearly stated this in my last email and requested a resolution. That message was sent 4 days ago and has received no response.
As of December 29, the order still has not arrived. No refund of the express shipping, no goodwill gesture, no attempt to make the situation right — just silence.
This is the first time I have experienced such a lack of accountability from a brand positioning itself as high-end. A premium price should come with premium service, especially when things go wrong. Unfortunately, this experience delivered neither.
Everything was exactly what I expected.
Good fabrics, perfect measures and delivey on time.

the product is perfect but the delivery by Chronopost who use DPD in Portugal was a mess and involved many exchanges of emails and a delay of 10 days while the item was stuck in the local depot, when they had all my contact details and phone number
My experience with Yves Delorme was wonderful: The shopping process was fast, so was the delivery.
I ordered 2 towels: the quality is impressive. I am very happy with my purchase and I am already planning on visiting the website soon.
