Excellent job all round, planned and executed to the dates that Framemaster gave me, with no variation. Very good quality work and we are delighted with the new conservatory roof. Jack and Dan were excellent.

Framemaster replaced an old conservatory built on dwarf walls with a new warmroof "extension" with a part full wall and large in roof windows (not velux) + bifold door + front door. I found Pete the surveyor to be very helpful with all my questions about the initial installation and throughout the build. There was a frustration about the delay on the start date caused in part by an issue with the roof manufacture. Could have done with better comms from them. The build experience was good, nice lads. Issue with finish on cills was resolved promptly, issues with front door paint and handle were eventually resolved to our satisfaction. They were very flexible with the aircon installation people who made extra work for them and they came up with a solution. They were great to respond when we had an emergency issue with the door and phoned back even though out of hours and we resolved over the phone. Things do go wrong but the measure of an outfit is how they deal and resolve them. Larry is very straight talking, you get what you pay for which is a good product. Randomly two neighbours were using them at the same time, one set were returning customers. I would not hesitate to recommend them and would use them again e.g. to do windows.

We used Framemaster to build our extension. Larry and the team were excellent from start to finish. The initial planning process was very simple, even though we changed our minds on a few aspects. This didn’t seem to be an issue and the final plans were exactly to our requirements.
All of the contractors were extremely professional in their approach to our requirements and were friendly and courteous throughout the build. They were tidy and thoughtful to our neighbours as well. Each and everyone who was involved in the project were excellent.
The end result exceeded our expectations. I would highly recommend Framemaster for any work.

From the first appointment with Larry, the survey with Paul and the actual day of fitting, with Jack, Steve and Darren, Framemaster have been amazing! I don’t want to forget Emma in the office too who was always efficient and polite!
They liaised with the people who fitted my shutters too so everything went to plan!
The difference is simply astounding! Both with noise and warmth! My old windows were draughty and cold and the new ones are simply brilliant!

From Emma in the showroom who showed the utmost patience with my indecision, Pete coming out to survey and finalise it all to the tiniest detail to my liking and then the lads who did the fitting- Jack and Darren who did an amazing job and made sure that nothing was damaged. Everyone was absolutely amazing and couldn’t do enough to make sure I was happy with it all.

They are an independent family based company and I was so happy to have gone with them. There is a more personal touch that you just do not get with the massive companies. Ive had multiple neighbours already approach me about the windows and I was more than happy to recommend.

In every aspect of the build, from design ideas and support, to completion Larry, Pete and team have been 1st class. We had a large 7 x 4m brick built extension, orangery style roof with lantern, large sliding doors and a utility conversion finished in 9 weeks from start to completion which was is exactly what Larry thought. The lads were incredible and made the experience even better. Friendly and so respectful to us and ensuring we were comfortable ans safe during the most messy parts of the build!

Larry and his team have recently completed our Orangery and we could not be more pleased with the outcome. Throughout the process we were impressed by the professional approach, excellent communication and commitment to customer satisfaction. During the design and contract definition, Larry was attentive to our requirements and supportive with ideas and designs. There is no doubt that we could have gone for a cheaper option, but we decided to work with a company with a proven track record and "high street" presence. We are certainly pleased that we did. During the build phase Pete was always in touch and the various teams that delivered the build were always friendly and worked well together. The final result is exactly what we wanted and we can recommend Framemaster highly.

Had a warm roof fitted in July by Framemaster and was very impressed with the workmanship , attention to detail and quality.
Framemaster came as a recommendation and did not disappoint . Larry’s quote was competitive and came within my budget .
Every step of the way Pete made sure we were happy with the progress and popped round / phoned us to make sure everything was going to schedule . They completed within the stated timeframe too .
All the workmen did a great job and worked tidily and clean at every stage .

Had a leaking conservatory roof replaced with a warm roof, along with sofits, fascia’s, new gutters and a new bay window cladding.The outside looks great and internally we are extremely pleased.

We have had Framemaster to do windows several times and have always been pleased with them so recently took the plunge with them building a warm roof single storey extension for us. Their teams have been brilliant - friendly, clean & tidy and professional. The extension looks amazing and was done in only 6 weeks!

We had a conservatory for over 20 years, which we could not use in the winter as it was too cold. So we set out to replace the conservatory with an orangery extension, which spanned into the kitchen to create a large open plan kitchen, diner and family area, effectively 2 orangeries, with a bifold in-between, so the areas could be opened up and closed as required.

We got 3 quotes for the work, to be honest Frame Master was not our first choice, neither were they cheapest, but decided to allow them to quote. We met Larry and Peter, who came out to quote. We went through several designs and meetings etc before agreeing on the work. Larry and Pete where both open and transparent.

We decided to go with Frame Master, after seeing other customers who had work done and also because it was a one stop shop. The builders turned up everyday without fail and one time and all the trades worked together.

The work had to be completed by the 1st week of March due to Ramadan. they met this date, in fact the work was completed on the 2nd March as promised by Larry, leaving us a week or so to decorate and settle down.

In the end we had a brand new kitchen opening out into an orangery / dining room, plus another orangery with bifold doors, leading into the living room. The flow of the rooms and space works really well. You don't appreciate the space until you have guests!!

We are very happy with the work, the quality and most importantly the 10 year guarantee. We had a few issues after completion, but they came out and sorted them for us quickly.

We write to express our appreciation for the improvements undertaken by Framemaster on our home. We live in a conservation area that is rightly proud of its Arts and Crafts heritage and legacy bequeathed to Mosely and Birmingham. It was therefore essential for us to find a company that had knowledge and experience of respecting the needs of such localities and demonstrating sensitivity in their choice of design, materials, textures and colours. It stands to the credit of Framemaster and their suggested architect that mandatory planning approval was granted, with support from the conservation officer.
The plan was implemented with professionalism and an eye for detail. We were so pleased with the results that included a porch infill, rear door and upstairs window. All modifications were required to be in harmony with our late Edwardian home. We can honestly confirm that we now see this work as an enhancement of our property

There was a no pressure sell, Larry and Pete were very helpfull and met more than our requirements at a good price. John and the team of fitters were very professional clean and tidy and finished the windows and doors to a very high standard, we would definitely recommend.

A great company, run by real people. The showroom staff were friendly and helpful, never pushy. The service was great throughout, especially the fitter who did such a tidy job, leaving everything clean and good as new. The door itself is spectacular, great quality and beautiful finish.

First class from start to finish. Two large bays fitted as well as one large flat window. From the original quotation through survey and fitting everything was handled well. All appointments kept on time. No silly overpricing, competitive quotation. No deposit required. Fitting took three days using their own installation team. No subcontractors. Fitting team took time and care. There was some minor damage to internal decoration but this was inevitable and they did thier best to repair and minimise. Windows are of an excellent quality.

I have used Framemaster twice now, we used them in 2012 to replace our windows and were very happy then with their quality, standard and attention to detail. The windows have remained looking almost new for over 10 years.
I have just had a new front door and leaded side windows as this was not done at that time. Again the service from Larry and his team has been excellent! They are not pushy, their pricing is very competitive but above all the quality and finish is amazing. The team are knowledgeable and ensure you are kept informed and updated as necessary.

Jack and Darren came to fit my patio doors and windows. They were really nice and polite, quick and very efficient and professional. They did an immaculate job and left everything clean and tidy.
